Luhansk Region
Tonight, the enemy launched a rocket attack on our positions, shelled seven times with barrel and rocket artillery, and twice involved tank units in the assault. During the day, the Russians attacked from the air eight times. From different sides, the Russians tried to break through the defense of the Armed Forces near 14 settlements, once again storming Verkhnokamianske, but again retreated to previously occupied positions.
Donetsk Region
Kramatorsk was hit by 11 rockets during the night. Three private houses were destroyed. No casualties. At night, there were also rocket attacks on Kurakhovo. According to operational information, two people died, two were injured. During the day, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Zalizne, Krasnohorivka, Soledar, Chasiv Yar, Maryinka, Orlivka village, were under fire Memryk, Novozhelanne, Pisky. 19 residential buildings and two buildings of the Avdiivka Coke Plant were damaged.
Seven dead and 14 injured in the region in one day. The region remains without gas and partially without water and electricity. Evacuation of the population continues.
Kharkiv Region
In Kharkiv, the occupiers attacked the Slobidskyi, Novobavarskyi and Kyiv districts at night. The Kharkiv National University of Internal Affairs was hit, the dining room and utility rooms were partially destroyed; without loss Novobavarskyi district: hits near admin. the building, the facade was damaged by fragments, no losses. Also, as a result of a missile strike – a hit between n.p. Tsyrkuny and Cherkaski Tyshki, the destruction is set.
In the region, the occupiers attacked the Chuhuiv, Kharkiv, Izyum, and Lozova districts. Fields, outbuildings, private houses, and warehouses burned. According to preliminary data, three people were injured in the region during the day.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy shelled two districts – Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih. Nikopol was hit by «Hrad» and barrel artillery. There are three victims in Marhanets, two of them are in the hospital. Among the injured is a 12-year-old boy. In the city, several high-rise buildings and several private houses, a factory, a printing house, a shop and a cafe were damaged. The enemy shelled Nikopol with barrel artillery. Four private houses and cars were damaged. Previously, there were no casualties.
In the Kryvyi Rih district, the enemy shelled the Zelenodolsk community from «Hurricanes». Several private houses and commercial buildings were damaged. People were not injured.
Sumy Region
Today after 7 a.m., the communities of Yunakiv and Esman were shelled with mortars and grenade launchers. Shelling is currently ongoing. Yesterday, during the day of the Russians, the Russians carried out 10 attacks on six border communities of the region – Bilopillia, Nova Sloboda, Esman, Putivl, Shalyhyne, Velyka Pysarivka. 137 arrivals were recorded. They were fired from mortars and artillery. No loss of life, but there is destruction and loss of crops.
Mykolayiv Region
This morning – shelling on the outskirts of the village Parutyne. There are no casualties. Damage information is being updated. Yesterday evening, the villages of Kostyantynivka and Nova Mykolayivka of the Pervomaiske community were under fire. There are no casualties. The consequences of the shelling are being clarified. Shelling of the Berezneguvate community continues. So, during the past day, the villages of Lepetykha and Kavkaz were again shelled.
In the evening, one person died as a result of shelling in Berezneguvate. Residential buildings were also damaged. Detailed information is being clarified. Yesterday evening – shelling outside the village. Shyroke and within the village Polyana, residential buildings were damaged. Tonight – shelling outside the settlements on the territory of the entire community.
Kherson Region
The situation is difficult, during the day there were military operations in the Kherson region. Again, many fires broke out in fields and forest areas in the region. It remains loud in the Beryslav and Kakhovka districts, as well as in the suburbs of Kherson. Due to the damage to the Antonivskyi bridge, the logistical connection with the Russians was significantly disrupted.

Previously, the conference at which plans for the reconstruction of Ukraine will be discussed will be held in Berlin on October 25. Germany has already started the process of preparing for this meeting, so the final date is still unknown.
At this conference, they will discuss how best to spend the money that Western partners will provide for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said on Thursday that the reconstruction package for Ukraine will be bigger than the «Marshall Plan» that helped rebuild Western Europe after World War II.
«The damage is big, it’s going to cost billions and it’s going to require the whole world community to come up with smart solutions. It’s going to be a big, big task that has little to do with the Marshall Plan. It’s going to be bigger,» Scholz said.
