Luhansk Region
Positional battles continue throughout the region. Regarding the general situation in the direction of Bakhmut: during the night, 11 artillery and 7 mortar attacks were carried out, a rocket strike (4 rockets) in the direction of Kostyantynivka, 2 airstrikes and one from an anti-aircraft missile system.
Donetsk Region
At night – a strike on Kramatorsk (preliminarily – a S300 missile) and Pokrovsk (the type of weapon has not yet been determined). Industrial facilities and transport infrastructure were damaged.
Artillery shelling of Avdiivka, Maryinka, Krasnohorivka, Toretsk community.
Over the past day, 10 civilians were killed and 19 wounded in the region.
The region remains without gas and partly without water and electricity. Mandatory evacuation of the population continues.
Sumy Region
At night there was a mortar shelling of the Yunakiv community (5 approaches). No consequences. Over the past day, shelling of the border areas: Mykolayiv village community, Krasnopillia community, Seredyno-Budsk community, Velyka Pysarivka community, Esman community.
Kharkiv Region
After midnight, the enemy launched a rocket attack on Derhachy, hitting the 4-story building of the pension fund, damaging the ceiling, knocking out windows, without casualties. During the day, the occupiers shelled the Izyum, Chuhuiv, Bohodukhiv districts.
Private houses and non-residential infrastructure of Kholodnohirskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kharkiv were fired at last night from anti-aircraft missiles. Three wounded, one dead.
Two people were injured as a result of Russian shelling in the Chuhuiv district. One person was injured in the Izyum district.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy shelled the Dnipro and Nikopol districts.
An enemy missile was sent to the Dnipro. A 72-year-old man was injured. He is in a serious condition in the hospital. There is destruction of houses, administrative buildings, markets, shops and warehouses.
In Nikopol, three people were injured after the night shelling, two of them are in the hospital. More than 30 private and high-rise buildings, several educational institutions, a dispensary, gas pipelines and power lines were mutilated in the city.
Previously, there were no casualties or damage in the Marhanets community.
Mykolayiv Region
Mykolayiv was heavily shelled at night. According to preliminary information, 4 people received injuries of various degrees, 3 of them are in the hospital. As a result of hitting the yard of a five-story building, one entrance was practically destroyed by fire and explosion. A private house was also seriously damaged.
Yesterday evening as a result of the shelling of the village Bilozirka. One person died.
Also in the evening, enemy shelling was recorded in the water zone of the town of Ochakiv. There are no casualties. On September 11, around 03:00, the enemy again struck the territory of the aqua zone. There are no casualties.
During the yesterday, the Shyroke community was shelled. The village was also shelled again this morning. Wide. Hitting gardens and roads. There are no casualties.
Shelling of the territory and nearby settlements of the Berezneguvate community continues. At night, the Berezneguvate settlement was shelled, as a result of which 5 people were injured. Damaged and destroyed residential buildings. The search for the missing man, who was probably in his home, is underway. Detailed information is being clarified.
Two enemy missiles were shot down by air defense forces in the Voznesensk district tonight. The affected rockets fell on an open area of Prybuzhany community.
Kherson Region
The situation in the region remains extremely difficult. The occupiers continue to shell the liberated settlements. The enemy is trying to stop the advance of our troops with rocket and artillery fire supported by tactical and army aviation.
During the day and night, air alarms sounded repeatedly in the region, explosions were reported in Kherson and Nova Kakhovka.

The President’s Office named four points of Russia’s terrorist strategy
They also stated that they know and understand the strategy of the aggressor country.
Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, named four points of Russia’s terrorist strategy.
He wrote about this on September 12 on Twitter.
So, according to him, the terrorist strategy of Russia today is:
1. Energy protests in Europe.
2. «Everyone will freeze» – propaganda in the global media.
3. Demonstration strikes on Ukrainian CHP plants.
4. Ask for negotiations on a false «ceasefire».
«We know, we see, we understand. We will push the strategy,» Podoliak emphasized.
