Units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the districts of Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Novoyehorivka, Makiivka, Chervonopivka, and Bilohorivka. The enemy is concentrating its efforts on conducting offensive actions, in particular, on the Lyman and Bakhmut directions.
In the Kupiansk direction, the districts of Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Novoyehorivka, and Makiivka were subjected to shelling from tanks and the entire range of artillery from the Russians. In the Lyman direction, the enemy shelled Bilohorivka with tanks, mortars, barrel and jet artillery.
Donetsk Region
During the night, positions and outskirts of the community were shelled with heavy weapons and small arms. The situation is tense, but under control in the Ozoryanivka, Kurdyumivka, New York, Pivnichne, Pivdenne, Shumiv, Druzhba, Mahdalynivka and Zalizne districts. Avdiivka is under constant fire. In the morning – shelling of the old part of the city from the Grad anti-aircraft missile system. Along the line of defense around the city – single arrivals at positions.
Yesterday afternoon, the city of Hirnyk was shelled by Hurricanes. Two dead, 12 injured locals. Shelling of the Soledar community, in particular the village of Yakovlivka, the village of Bakhmutske, the village of Rozdolivka, and the village of Vasyukivka. Power lines were damaged. The shelling of Bakhmut does not stop. Yesterday, a message was received that the premises of the Bakhmut Industrial College had completely burned down. In addition, employees of the State Emergency Service extinguished a fire that occurred in a residential building from the second to the sixth floor, on the street. Tchaikovsky. The building and playground of the Youth Center were damaged by mortar shelling. Over the past day in the Donetsk region: three dead, 17 wounded.
Sumy Region
Yesterday, Russian troops carried out 38 strikes on the border. Enemy mines and projectiles exploded on the territory of three communities: Krasnopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Seredyno-Budsk. As a result of shelling last night on the outskirts of the city of Seredyno-Budsk in the Seredino-Budska community, one apartment building and a power line were damaged. Information about the victims is being clarified.
Kharkiv Region
At night, the enemy launched a missile strike with the S-300 system on the city of Kupiansk. The rocket hit the two-story administrative building, causing a fire. The building is completely destroyed. There are no victims. The occupiers continue to shell the border settlements of the region. Yesterday, Kharkiv, Vovchansk, Izyum and Kupiansk districts were subjected to mortar and artillery shelling. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties or injuries.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The Russians again terrorized Nikopol all night. Nikopol, Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities were fired from «Hrad» and heavy artillery. No people were injured.
In the Nikopol and Chervonohryhorivka community, private, administrative buildings, farm buildings, and power grids were damaged. In the Marhanets community, the consequences of the attack are being clarified.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of Zhovta Krucha, Chervone, Stepove, Gulyaipole, Novodanylivka, Dorozhnianka, Olhivske, Poltavka, and Mala Tokmachka settlements.
23 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by Russian military personnel. Detailed information on the consequences is being clarified.
Kherson Region
The enemy is carrying out massive shelling from barrel and rocket artillery on populated areas of the region, there are casualties among the civilian population, and civilian infrastructure has been damaged. According to the information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Antonivka, Chornobayivka and the city of Kherson were the most affected.
Yesterday in Kherson, the occupiers attacked the cotton mill. It is known about 15 injured, three dead. There were also shelling of the Ostriv microdistrict. The number of victims is being clarified. As a result of the Russian artillery strike, houses in the Tavria district, cars in the parking lot, and a gas line were damaged. According to preliminary data, one person died, three were injured.
In addition, the occupiers struck the residential sector. The house was damaged, power lines were damaged as a result of the impact. Work continues to restore normal life to the liberated Kherson region. The State Emergency Service removed and neutralized 157 explosive objects.

French President Emmanuel Macron announced that there is an agreement on the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant located in the temporarily occupied Energodar.

According to him, negotiations are currently underway regarding the terms of the withdrawal.
«We managed to protect Chernobyl, and our goal is to protect Zaporizhzhia. The coming weeks will be crucial,» Macron said.
It is noted that France is holding an international conference in Paris to provide urgent assistance to Ukraine to survive the winter. After all, Russian troops are attacking civilian infrastructure throughout the country.
It will be recalled that it became known that the occupiers brought Grad rocket salvo fire systems to the NPP. Energoatom warns that the occupiers can fire at the cities of Nikopol and Marhanets with these installations.
ISW says Moscow is doing this to dampen criticism from radical war supporters amid reports of troop withdrawals from the station.
