Luhansk Region
The Russians are conducting a massive offensive from the side of the Lysychansk Oil Refinery. Our fighters forced them to retreat six times yesterday. In three more areas on the border of Luhansk region and Donetsk region, the fighting continues to this day. This morning, Ukrainian military enemies are shelling populated areas and positions with artillery. Four tank attacks and four airstrikes were carried out during the night alone.
Donetsk Region
This morning there was shelling of the industrial zone of Kostyantynivka. No casualties. At midnight, Sloviansk was shelled, several private residential buildings were destroyed. Also at night – rocket fire in Kramatorsk, Yasnohirka. Houses were damaged, there are currently no reports of casualties.
At night – rocket fire on critical infrastructure facilities in the city of Kurakhove. Equipment was damaged and the building of the Marinsky REM, the building of the industrial enterprises LLC «Electrostal» and LLC «Svyatoilinsky Machine-Building Plant’’ were destroyed. Several workshops were destroyed. There are no casualties among the civilian population.
During the day, the enemy shelled a number of settlements, including Avdiivka, Chasiv Yar, Mykolayivka, Slovyansk, the village of Pivdenne and others. In one day, one person was killed and two were injured in the region.
Kharkiv Region
At night, the occupiers intensively bombarded the city of Kharkiv with both rockets and MLRS. The launches of 7 rockets from the direction of Belgorod of the Russian Federation were recorded. Civilian educational and industrial infrastructure, residential buildings were damaged, and open areas of the Industrial, Kholodnohirskyi, and Saltivkyi districts were hit. Relevant services, law enforcement officers are working at the places of hits.
Yesterday evening, there was a shelling of the anti-aircraft missile defense system of the Kharkiv district of Kyiv. A private house was partially destroyed. In the region, the occupiers attacked Kharkiv, Izyum, Chuhuiv, and Bohodukhiv districts. Preliminary – there are no injuries.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy shelled the Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih districts. In Kryvyi Rih, they hit the Zelenodolsk community – two villages each. Two wounded.
The Nikopol district was shelled twice during the night. Chervonohryhorivka community came under attack. There is the destruction of 9 private houses, garages and two warehouses and equipment of a local agricultural enterprise. Power line cut. Almost two thousand people are without electricity. No casualties.
Mykolayiv Region
Over the past day, the enemy shelled several settlements in different areas of the Pervomaiske, village Lymany, village Shyroke.
Yesterday evening – shelling of the village Chervona Dolyna. Hits on open areas were recorded. There was also shelling of the village. Chervona Dolyna at night. Information on damage and casualties is being clarified.
Shelling of the territory and nearby settlements of the Berezneguvate community continues. So, during the past day, the villages of Lepetykha and Kavkaz were shelled. At night, the village of Berezneguvate came under fire. One person died and one person was injured. It is known about destroyed residential buildings. Information on the consequences of shelling is being clarified.
Kherson Region
The occupiers are trying to hold their positions and are fighting on already de-occupied territories. The situation in the communities of Kakhovka and Beryslav districts is persistently difficult. Every day, as a result of hostilities, the settlements of these and neighboring regions are shelled with various types of weapons, as a result of which the village is on the verge of destruction, there are injured people, forests and fields are burning en masse. In the last week alone, rescuers recorded 65 fires. A large area of the region remains mined.

In Poland, they are working on a concept that will limit the entry of Russian citizens. Such a statement was made by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the country Piotr Vavzyk.
According to the Polish diplomat, the issue of banning the issuance of visas to Russians in Poland will be resolved in a few weeks. This is reported by TSN
Currently, not all EU countries agree on this, the Polish government says. The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, Piotr Waczyk, said that major participating countries – Germany, France and the Netherlands – are against it. Due to the fact that it is not possible to overcome the resistance of these countries and to suspend the agreement on the simplification of visa movement for citizens of the Russian Federation, Poland is working on a new solution.
For several weeks now, Poland has been in talks with EU countries regarding the suspension of issuing visas to Russians. Finland and Denmark have already reduced the issuance of visas for Russians to travel. Poland is supported by the Baltic countries – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, as well as the Czech Republic and Slovakia – on the issue of a complete ban on issuing Schengen visas to citizens of the Russian Federation.
