Luhansk Region
Units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the occupiers from Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka. From tanks and the entire spectrum of artillery, the Russians shelled Hrekivka, Novoselivske, Ploshanka, Makiivka, Nevske, and Stelmakhivka in the Kupiansk and Lyman directions. In total, Russian troops tried to attack the positions of the Defenders of Luhansk region six times and fired 22 artillery shells. Due to significant losses of personnel and insufficient number of medical personnel in the units of the occupiers on the territory of Ukraine, in the temporarily occupied Luhansk region, by order of the so-called Ministry of Health, employees of medical institutions were obliged to register for military registration for further staffing.
Donetsk Region
In the evening, shelling of Vuhledar and the village of Novoukrayinka. At least two houses were destroyed. At night – shelling of the communities of Toretsk, Mariinka, Soledar. The villages of Vasyukivka, Rozdolivka, and Bakhmutske are under fire. Around 6:00 a.m. – enemy activation near the towns of New York, Pivnichne, Pivdenne, Kurdyumivka, Shumy, Druzhba, Mahdalynivka and Zalizne. Tense situation near Avdiivka. Along the line of defense around the city, there were chaotic arrivals at positions during the night, and in the morning – intensification of assaults in the directions of Krasnohorivka, Promka, Zenit, and Pervomaiske. One dead and four wounded civilians per day in the region.
Sumy Region
Yesterday evening, the Znob-Novhorod community was shelled by artillery. There was no information about the victims, the destruction of infrastructure facilities. The data is being verified. During the past day, the enemy carried out seven shellings of the border. According to preliminary data, there were no damages or casualties.
Kharkiv Region
During the day, the occupiers struck the critical infrastructure of the region. There is damage to gas industry equipment in the Izyum district. During the liquidation of the consequences, eight people were injured – workers and policemen, all of them are being treated on an outpatient basis after examination and provision of medical assistance.
In addition, the Russians attacked settlements located near the front line in the Kupiansk, Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Izyum districts. Mine danger remains in the region. A 60-year-old man was detonated by an explosive device in the village of Kamyanka of the Izyum district, received an explosive injury and was hospitalized in a medical institution. Pyrotechnic units continued to eliminate mines, during the day they destroyed 219 explosive objects.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled the civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Orikhiv, Gulyaipole, Stepnohirsk, Shcherbaki, Dorozhnyanka, Olhivske, Zaliznychne, Mali Shcherbaki, Lukyanivske. Five reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by Russian military personnel. Detailed information on the consequences is being clarified.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the enemy again shelled the Nikopol region at night. The Russians hit Nikopol with anti-aircraft guns. No casualties. Several high-rise and private buildings, farm buildings, a power line, a solar substation, and a garage cooperative were damaged.
Kherson Region
The situation in the region remains difficult. According to the information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy fired mortars, barrel and rocket artillery in the areas of Kachkarivka, Mykhailivka and Osokorivka. In particular, areas of the settlements of Antonivka, Zelenivka, Mykolayivka, Odradokamyanka, Chornobayivka and Kherson were subjected to artillery shelling.
The forced evacuation of the population and removal of property from the temporarily occupied territories of the region continues. In particular, the occupiers forcibly removed the population from Novokiivka. The central city hospital does not work in Nova Kakhovka. The Russian military stole and took away all medical equipment and ambulances in the direction of the temporarily occupied Crimea. In the regional center, 30 points of distribution of humanitarian aid began to operate. There are already six branches of «Ukrposhta» operating in the regional center.

In such conditions, Ukraine needs additional support from European partners both in the field of energy, equipment supply, and additional financing, the Prime Minister specified.
As a result of Russian missile attacks on critical infrastructure, almost half of Ukraine’s energy system has been disabled.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at a joint briefing with Vice President of the European Commission Valdis Dombrovskis in Kyiv.
«Unfortunately, Russia continues to launch missile attacks on the critical civil infrastructure of Ukraine, fighting against the civilian population and depriving them of light, water, heat and communication during the winter. On November 15 alone, Russia fired about 100 missiles at Ukrainian cities. Almost half of our of the energy system is out of order,» Shmyhal said.
The Prime Minister added that in such conditions, Ukraine needs additional support from European partners both in the field of energy, supply of additional equipment, and additional financial resources for the purchase of additional volumes of gas and also for greater support of the energy sector.
