Luhansk Region
On the line of contact – positional battles. During the night, five artillery shells were fired at the positions of our soldiers and three airstrikes were carried out. Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine have repelled enemy attacks in the areas of Mykolayivka Druha, Vesela Dolyna and Bakhmut settlements. During the day, the aviation of the Defense Forces carried out 21 strikes – it was confirmed that 16 areas of concentration of enemy manpower and strongholds and 5 positions of anti-aircraft missile systems were hit.
Donetsk Region
At night – a rocket attack on Kramatorsk (a business college building was damaged), Toretsk (one person died, a house was destroyed); shelling of the city of Chasiv Yar (the school and nearby houses were damaged). The region remains without gas and partly without water and electricity. Over the past day, 3 civilians were killed and 11 wounded in the region.
Sumy Region
Over the past day, the Russians shelled Bilopillia community, the village of Volfyne – six rounds, in the evening they continued shelling the village with mortars – 46 rounds, 120 mm. One person died as a result of the shelling. A local farm was seriously damaged, livestock died. Two granaries, a water tower, a mill, premises of a pig farm and farm buildings, vehicles were damaged.
Kharkiv Region
During the past day, the Russian occupiers shelled the settlements of the Kharkiv region along the contact line and the border with the Russian Federation in the Kupiansk, Izyum, Chuhuiv and Kharkiv districts. Residential buildings, commercial buildings and infrastructure objects were damaged by shelling. An 11-year-old boy was injured in Kupiansk, and one person was hospitalized with injuries in Chuhuiv district.
In the liberated territories of the Kharkiv region after the occupation, mine danger is very high. During the past day, six civilians were blown up by landmines. Two people blew up a car in Derhachi district, two more in Izyum, two in Chuhuiv.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
Nikopol district suffered from enemy shelling. Three times (twice at night and once in the morning) the Russians hit the Nikopol and Marhanets communities with Hrad and heavy artillery. Previously, there were no deaths or injuries. Up to 10 houses, farm buildings, cars and power lines were damaged in Nikopol. In the Marhanets community, the extent of the destruction is being clarified. More than 2,500 subscribers were left without electricity. Emergency crews of energy workers are already working on the spot.
Zaporizhzhia Region
At night, the enemy launched another rocket attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia. Currently, eight arrivals are known. Once again, infrastructure objects became the target. Information about the victims is currently being ascertained.

Mykolayiv Region
After midnight, Mykolaiv came under fire. It is known that the yard of a private house was hit, as a result of which the outbuilding was completely destroyed. In addition, in several residential buildings, windows and doors were broken, and the roof was damaged. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties. Also, about 300 meters of contact wire of the tram network was damaged in one of the sections. The repair crew of Mykolaiv Electrotrans is already working on site. Detailed information about the night shelling is being clarified.
At night, enemy shelling was recorded in the center of Nova Odesa. Private houses, stalls, a pharmacy, and a store were damaged. Also, as a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in a garage on the territory of a private home. There are no casualties. Last night, the enemy hit with three rockets from the «Smerch». A hospital and a solar power plant were damaged. The scale of destruction and loss is being clarified.
According to the information of NAEC «Energoatom», tonight the enemy launched a missile attack on the industrial zone of the Southern Ukrainian NPP. A powerful explosion occurred just 270 m from the reactors of the PANPP. The shock wave damaged the buildings of the NPP, over 100 windows were broken. One of the hydraulic units of the Oleksandrivka HPP, which is part of the South Ukrainian energy complex, has shut down. Three high-voltage power lines were also disconnected. Currently, all three power units of the PANPP are operating normally. There are no casualties among the station staff.
Kherson Region
The situation remains extremely difficult, hostilities continue. During the past day, explosions were heard in Kherson in the area of the Yuvileinyi. After the explosions, some houses lost power. In the propaganda media, the occupation authorities announced a rocket attack on the city, five explosions were recorded, among which four were the work of the city’s air defense.
In the Kherson region, the occupiers are forcibly evicting local residents from their settlements in Pryozerne and Trifonivka. According to the information of Operational Commander «Pivden», our aircraft made three strikes on the enemy, and missile and artillery units carried out more than 320 fire missions. In particular, fire control of transport routes, logistical centers, maneuvers and redeployment, bases and control of enemy units. In the Kherson region, the occupiers are intensifying checks, but now they are looking not only for «Ukrainian Nazis», but also for their soldiers who fled the battlefield and, dressed in civilian clothes, are looking for ways to evacuate.

On Thursday, September 15, the heads of states participating in the summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Uzbekistan held an informal meeting. The main actor during the unofficial part of the summit was the President of Turkey, Recep Erdogan.
A video appeared on Telegram channels showing Putin walking next to Erdogan, and the Turkish president holding the dictator’s hand. At the same time, no one else from the large delegation walked so strangely.
