Luhansk Region
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy fired at the positions of our troops in the Novoselyvske and Kovalivka districts.
On the Lyman direction, Novoyehorivka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Kreminna and Dibrova were hit by fire from the Russians.
The enemy does not stop offensive actions in the Lyman and Bakhmut directions and continues to suffer losses. The situation in the region remains difficult.
Donetsk Region
The shelling took place on the outskirts of the village of Dachne near Kurakhove. No injuries or dead.
Also yesterday afternoon, there was a missile attack with cluster munitions on the villages of Shevchenke and Burlatske of the Komarska hromada. 5 residential buildings and a warehouse in Shevchenko village were destroyed. There are no victims or wounded among civilians.
The situation near Bakhmut, Soledar, and Vuhledar remains tense. In the Donetsk region, four people were killed and six were injured in a day.
Sumy Region
Yesterday, during the day, the enemy shelled 5 territorial communities of the region: Shostka, Seredyno-Budsk, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Yunakiv.
Two civilians were injured in the Shostka community. They were given emergency medical care. Other information is being clarified.
At night, the shelling of the communities of Sumy region continued: the enemy anti-aircraft aircraft dropped 2 grenade launchers shot on the territory of the Krasnopillia community. No losses. A rocket attack was carried out on the Shostka community. Details regarding the consequences are being clarified.
Kharkiv Region
This morning, the enemy shelled Kupiansk again. A 60-year-old civilian was wounded by shrapnel and was hospitalized. During the past day, in the Slobozhansk direction, the enemy fire mortars and artillery at the areas of settlements: Veterynarne, Strelecha, Hlyboke, Zelene, Neskuchne, Ohirtseve, Vovchansk, Staritsa, and Budarki.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy fired at the positions of our troops in the Ivanivka, Kupiansk, Kislivka, and Kotlyarivka districts.
In the village of Dvorichna, as a result of shelling, the control room of the State Fire and Rescue Department was damaged and a car was damaged.
In the village A hit by 2 S-300 missiles was recorded in Shipuvate of the Kupiansk district. They hit the ground next to the House of Culture.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
Over the past day, the occupiers attacked the Marhanets and Myrove communities in the Nikopol region, as well as the Velyka Mykhailivka community of the Synelnykove district. The enemy fired from barrel artillery. Russian shells mutilated an agricultural enterprise and power lines. There were no deaths or injuries.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Gulyaipole, Orikhiv, Malinivka, Poltavka, Chervone, Gulyaipilske, Charivne, Novodanylivka, Bilohirya, Novoandriivka, Olhivske, Mala Tokmachka, Kamianske, Stepove, Plavni, Mali Shcherbaky.
30 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure facilities. Details are being clarified.
Kherson Region
The Russian Federation does not stop terrorizing the civilian population. Areas of 21 settlements, in particular: Zolota Balka, Beryslav, Vesele, Mykolayivka, Tyahinka, Ponyativka, Antonivka, Berehove, Yantarne, and the city of Kherson, were shelled by rocket launchers, barrel artillery, and mortars.
During the day, one person died and another was injured due to Russian aggression.
The occupiers have intensified filtering and counter-sabotage measures in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. Thus, the Russian occupying forces have restricted entry and exit from Ulyanivka settlement of Skadovsk district, local residents are being searched and mobile phones are being checked. 53 people, including one child, were evacuated from the liberated Kherson region by motor vehicle.

Haidai believes that the main reserve of the occupiers will be tightened in the second half of February.
The Russians are preparing for the upcoming offensive, but currently there is no mass transfer of enemy equipment to the Luhansk direction.
This was announced by the head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Haidai.
The head of the region said that the Russians are unsuccessfully trying to attack our positions around the clock, heavy fighting continues in the Svatove-Kreminna direction, but the Ukrainian defenders are now confidently holding their positions.
«Heavy battles are going on in the Svatove-Kreminna direction. And Bilohorivka, too. The defense forces are holding their positions there. We are also ready,» - the head of the Regional Military Administration added.
According to him, during February, Russia will import «a huge number of soldiers for the offensive they are planning.» Haidai says that Russia is betting on the «freshly mobilized» in its new offensive.
«Both personnel and equipment are being brought in little by little. They have not yet created a powerful strike group. But it is in February that the training of the newly mobilized Russians, who underwent training at various sites, comes to an end. And it will not be quite the "cannon fodder" that we have had for the past month and a half. Yes, these are not personnel soldiers, but they will be trained a little better,» said Haidai.
In his opinion, the main reserve of the occupiers will be tightened in the second half of February.
