Luhansk Region
Units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled attacks by the occupiers near Kuzemivka and Dibrova. On the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, the enemy shelled the districts of Stelmakhivka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Dibrova, and Bilohorivka. In general, the Lyman direction remains the concentration of enemy counterattacks. During the day, the enemy fired 455 artillery shells there. The situation remains difficult.
Donetsk Region
The village of Lastochkine was shelled by heavy artillery, as a result of which a local resident was injured. Until midnight, shelling and active fighting continued along almost the entire line of defense in the Ocheretyn community. The most active are in the area of settlements Novobakhmutivka, Vodyane, Nevelske. Last day – shelling of the Chasiv Yar community. As a result of shelling, the city of Chasiv Yar was completely left without gas. During the day, there were four shellings by the Russian occupying forces on the settlements of the Kurakhivka community: three shellings on the village of Kurakhivka, one shelling on the outskirts of the town of Hirnyk. There are no injuries or dead. Private houses and farm buildings were damaged. At night, the towns of Mariinka and Krasnohorivka were shelled, as a result of which fires broke out in private and apartment buildings. In the evening and at night – massive artillery shelling of Avdiivka. In the Donetsk region, 1 civilian was killed and 1 wounded in 24 hours.
Sumy Region
During the day yesterday, the enemy carried out mortar fire in the Sumy region. Five territorial communities were under fire: Esman, Bilopillia, Nova Sloboda, Vorozhbyanka, and Krasnopillia. As a result of mortar shelling in the village of Hrabovske of the Krasnopillia Territorial Community, a private house and an outbuilding were nearly damaged. Other data on the consequences are being clarified, says the summary from the Regional Military Administration.
Kharkiv Region
More than 20 settlements came under enemy fire in the Kharkiv and Slobozhansk directions. Among them: Strelecha, Morokhovets, Staritsa, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Volohivka, Budarky, Bolohivka and Kolodyazne. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of Dvorichna, Hryanikyvka, Kotlyarivka, Kupiansk and Berestove settlements. As a result of shelling, a private household was damaged and a fire broke out in Vilcha village of Chuhuiv district. During the day, the city of Vovchansk was also under enemy fire. The occupiers shelled residential buildings in the city. As a result of the rocket attack on Kupiansk, the covering of the football field, the stadium tribune, the roof of the children’s pavilion and the windows of the kindergarten, a five-story building were damaged. In the afternoon in the village a direct hit to the wall of a privately owned residential building was recorded two years ago in the Kupiansk district. Also yesterday, as a result of repeated shelling of the private residential sector in the city of Kupiansk, a civilian was injured. He was hospitalized in moderate condition.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
In the morning of Dnipropetrovsk, the aggressor hit the Nikopol district with heavy artillery. The Marhanets community shuddered from the shelling. Previously, there were no casualties. Information about the destruction is being clarified. Yesterday, the Russians also terrorized the Nikopol district, Myrove, Marhanets communities and Nikopol suffered from enemy attacks. The enemy was aiming with heavy artillery. It fired more than two dozen shells yesterday. It passed without casualties or injuries.
Zaporizhzhia Region
In the Zaporizhzhia region, the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of Chervone, Bilohirya, Zaliznychne, Charivne, Olhivske, Novodanylivka, Malynivka, Gulyaipole, Orikhiv, Kamianske, Stepove, and Komyshuvaha settlements. 12 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects by shelling.
Kherson Region
Russian troops launched a massive attack with anti-aircraft missiles on the center of Kherson. Fragments of enemy shells killed 5 civilians who were at a public transport stop in the city’s Suvorov district; many townspeople were injured. Shells were also fired at the territory of the car park – two people were wounded there.
In one of the buildings, a woman was injured in her own apartment after being hit by Russian ammunition. Ammunition exploded near health care facilities and infrastructure facilities. An explosion rang out near the medical facility – the building was damaged, the Khersonoblenergo building was also fired upon, there is an injured person. Garages and cars were on fire in the places where they were hit. A shell fragment damaged a car near Svobody Square, as a result of which a man was injured.
Currently, it is known that 5 people were killed and 21 people were injured during the day due to shelling by the enemy army.
According to the information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, areas of 18 settlements were also hit by artillery. Among them are Mykhailivka, Dudchany, Mylove, Tomarine, Shlyakhove, Beryslav, Mykolaivka, Kozatske, Vesele, Antonivka and Veletenske.
62 people were evacuated by motor vehicles from the de-occupied territories, including 7 children.

Law enforcement officers continue to identify Russian soldiers involved in crimes in Bucha, Kyiv region. Information about 91 Russian servicemen are already known.
Prosecutor General Andrii Kostin reported this to U.S. congressmen during their visit to Bucha.
During the occupation, the Russian army committed more than 9,000 war crimes in the Bucha district; more than 1,700 civilians died, including about 700 in Bucha.
