Luhansk Region
Ukrainian defenders successfully repulsed the assaults in the direction of Verkhnokamyanske and Siversk. The enemy used aviation, carried out two artillery attacks and four mortar fire attempts.
Donetsk Region
The occupiers used artillery, mortars, S-300 air defense systems, Grad anti-aircraft guns. Shelled: Avdiivka, Soledar, Bakhmut, Slovyansk, Kurdyumivka, Otradne, Lastochkine, Pivnichne. During the day, 9 civilians were injured. Early in the morning – shelling of the Kramatorsk district on the railway infrastructure. Shelling of Toretsk – residential buildings were damaged and a local resident was killed. Evacuation of the population continues.
Chernihiv Region
During the night, there were six shellings from mortars, machine guns, multiple rocket launchers, and artillery. Racists shelled territories near the settlements of Chernihiv and Novgorod-Siversk districts. Without victims and destruction.
Sumy Region
Yesterday, the enemy carried out an artillery bombardment of Shalyhyne community – 5 approaches. Yesterday evening there was a mortar shelling of the Krasnopillia community. Fortunately, without victims and destruction. At night, Myropil and Bilopollia communities were shelled with mortars and barrel artillery. There are no victims or destruction in advance.
Kharkiv Region
In the morning, a plane arrived in one of the districts of Kharkiv, rescuers and medics were working on the spot. Previously one woman was injured, her condition is light. Bohodukhiv, Izyum, Chuhuiv, Kharkiv districts were shelled in the region. Mainly private houses and farm buildings burned. In the Zolochiv community, 4 people were injured, one person died.
Kirovohrad Region
This morning, an infrastructural facility in the region was shelled. Rescue and pyrotechnic units are working. There are victims, detailed information about the consequences is currently being clarified. Also in the morning due to the hit of a cruise missile – the destruction of the object of the railway infrastructure. Information about the injured persons is being ascertained.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy again shelled two districts – Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih. In the Chervonohryhorivka community, there were no victims of the destruction. In Shyroke and Zelenodolsk, power grids and a gas pipeline were damaged. People were not affected. Other consequences are being investigated.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Loud explosions were heard in the regional center yesterday evening due to an enemy attack from the «Hrad» system. According to available information, the Russians fired about 20 rockets, which fell into the Dnipro River near the villages of Malokaterynivka and Kanivske.
Odesa Region
The Russian Federation attacked the port of Odesa, where grain was grown. It was being prepared for export, which was to begin in a few days, according to the agreement signed in Istanbul on July 22.
As a result of the attack of the occupiers, a minor fire broke out, which was already extinguished by the rescuers. At the same time, houses near the port were damaged by the blast wave. The grain storage was not hit.
Mykolayiv Region
This morning, the enemy attacked Mykolayiv with six S-300 missiles. As a result of the shelling, there was a fire in the territory of the warehouse and dry grass in the open area. Other hits were on the outskirts of the city. Previously, there were no victims or victims. Detailed information is being clarified.
Bashtan district: shelling of the territory and nearby settlements of Berezneguvate and Shyroke communities continues. The hits were outside the population centers.
Kherson Region
There were explosions in Kherson, as well as numerous explosions and shelling in the Beryslav and Kakhovska districts. Residents of the occupied districts report this. Fighting continues near the village of Davidiv Brid, a number of settlements in Kalynivka and Novovorontsovka communities.

Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security Council, said that he expects a substantive conversation with representatives of Europol with evidence and facts of arms smuggling from Ukraine.
He noted that the relevant publications regarding alleged arms smuggling coincided with Russia’s special information operation.
Danilov reported this on Twitter on July 22.

He noted that the publication of «arms smuggling» from Ukraine coincides with the deployment of the large-scale Russian information special operation «MakZim». According to Danilov, it is engaged in discrediting Ukraine and the purpose of the operation is to stop the supply of weapons from allies.
«The operation is being conducted precisely in the period when qualitative changes are planned in the course of the war in favor of the Armed Forces – precisely due to the arrival of modern Western weapons,» added the secretary of the NSDC.
