Luhansk Region
The Russians struck at least four times from the air alone: two missiles hit their targets. Our settlements were shelled four times with mortars. As of now, it was possible to repulse 6 out of 7 enemy attacks. In four of them, the occupier used tanks to increase firepower. Almost everywhere, the Russians were forced to withdraw with losses.
Donetsk Region
Soledar, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Siverske, Vesele, Opytne, Pervomaiske, Severnye, Gostre, and Bilbasivka were under fire during the day.
18 private houses, 5 high-rise buildings and premises of the «Artemsil» enterprise were damaged. At approximately 5:00 a.m., there was a rocket attack on Toretsk: the rocket hit an apartment building. Two floors were destroyed there, information about the victims is being clarified. The police and emergency services are on the scene. During the day, 5 people were killed in Donetsk region, 8 more were injured.
Sumy Region
Yesterday afternoon, the Russians fought in Shostka district. In the evening, there was shelling from mortars in the territory of the Seredyno-Budsk territorial community: 10 parishes. Without victims and destruction.
Kharkiv Region
At night, the Russian occupiers launched rocket attacks on the Nemyshlyany and Kyiv districts of Kharkiv. Industrial facilities, a private house were damaged, fires broke out. Previously, there were no casualties.
This morning the enemy shelled Chuhuiv. Private homes and farm buildings were damaged. A projectile hit an apartment building: a fire broke out. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties. Specialized services are available on site.
During the past day, the enemy shelled the Kharkiv, Bohoduhiv and Pervomaiske districts of the region. In the Chuhuiv district in the evening, as a result of shelling, a critical infrastructure object was damaged. In the Kharkiv district during the evening, the occupiers shelled Circuses: 7 fires broke out. Residential buildings and farm buildings were damaged. Fields with wheat burned as a result of shelling in Bohoduhiv district.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The Russian army shelled two communities of Kryvyi Rih district – Zelenodolsk and Apostolove. They were fired from «Hurricanes’’ and barrel artillery. There is destruction of housing and farm buildings. No casualties. Information about the consequences is being clarified.
In the Kryvyi Rih district, the enemy hit the Zelenodolsk community with barrel artillery. In the village of Velyka Kostromka, the power grid was damaged. People were not affected.
Mykolayiv Region
In the morning, a massive rocket attack was carried out in Mykolayiv. It is known in advance that the school building in Korabelnyi district was destroyed as a result of the impact of three rockets. One person was injured. A yacht club, a warehouse of an agro-industrial enterprise, and farm buildings were also affected due to the fall of ammunition and their debris. Detailed information is being clarified.
Kherson Region
The general situation in the region is tense. After the Armed Forces entered the Antonivskyi bridge, the occupiers completely forbade its use. They announced the opening of the ferry service and the possibility of traveling through the Kakhovka HPP.

The first conversation since the beginning of the war: Blinken will talk to Lavrov
US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken will hold his first conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov since the start of the war.
It is expected that the meeting will discuss, in particular, the export of grain from Ukrainian ports.
This is what the head of American diplomacy said, writes Ukrinform.
«In a few days, I expect a conversation with the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lavrov, for the first time since the beginning of the war,» Blinken informed.
First of all, the issue of priority for the United States will be discussed – the release of American citizens Paul Whelan and Britney Greiner. It will also be about the agreement on the export of grain, which Ukraine, Turkey, the UN and Russia concluded last week.
«This agreement is a positive step forward. However, there is a difference between the agreement on paper and what happens in practice,» the US Secretary of State emphasized.
Blinken noted that hundreds of millions of people around the world are waiting for this grain.
