Luhansk Region
Units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the districts of Stelmakhivka, Andriivka, Ploshanka and Chervonopopivka.
On the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, the enemy shelled Stelmakhivka, Ploshanka, Chervonpopivka, and Dibrova.
The situation in the region remains tense.
Donetsk Region
Late in the evening – a missile attack on Kurakhovo. Destroyed private residential buildings, farm buildings.
During the night, the positions and outskirts of Toretsk, Mariinka, Siversk, and Bakhmut communities were shelled.
Isolated shelling took place near the village of Rozdolivka, the village of Blahodatne. In the city of Soledar, a missile struck a sanatorium. No victims.

At night, along Avdiivka, there are isolated flights over the old part of the city. Information about the victims is being clarified. Along the line of defense around the city, chaotic, individual airstrikes on positions continued.

Sumy Region
Yesterday, 70 strikes were carried out by Russian troops on five border communities of the region. Myropillia, Znob-Novhorod, Seredyno-Budsk, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia communities came under fire.
In all cases – without victims.
Kharkiv Region
Kharkiv suffered a massive attack by kamikaze drones late yesterday evening. A total of 13 drones were released over Kharkiv. 11 of them were shot down by our air defense forces.
There is damage to the critical infrastructure of the city. Without victims. Work on liquidation of the consequences is ongoing.
During the day yesterday, the Russian occupiers fired artillery at settlements in the Kupiansk, Kharkiv and Chuhuiv districts, which are located near the contact line and the border with the Russian Federation. In particular, the cities of Kupiansk and Vovchansk, the settlements of Dvorichna, Kivsharivka and other settlements were under fire. Residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged.
Also, yesterday morning, the enemy launched a rocket attack on the Sloboda district of Kharkiv. Administrative and industrial buildings were damaged. One person was injured.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
Kamikaze drones and heavy artillery attacked at night. Our defenders destroyed all 5 Shaheds that the Russians directed at the region.
Nikopol was again shelled by the enemy with heavy artillery. He hit the Nikopol and Marhanets communities three times. No victims.
One high-rise building, several private houses and several power lines were damaged.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Stepne, Lezhyne, Gulyaipole, Malynivka, Stepove, Plavni, Komyshuvakha, Orihiv, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Olhivske, Dorozhnyanka, Novoandriivka, Biloghirya, Temyrivka, Chervone, Charivne, Shcherbaki, Pavlovka
28 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by the Russian Federation.
Kherson Region
The Russian occupiers continue to terrorize residents of the region’s settlements with artillery fire. Among them are Respublikanets, Kozatske and Lvove. Again, the civil infrastructure of Antonivka and the city of Kherson itself suffered from enemy shelling. The Russian military is also shelling the occupied city of Oleshky.
3 people were injured due to enemy shelling of the village of Kizomys. Among them is a 14-year-old child with a mine-explosive injury. All were taken to hospitals.
In total, 1 person died and 9 people were injured in the Kherson region last day, including a 10-year-old child.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that during the massive missile attack on Ukraine on December 29, Russia used more than 69 missiles.
Ukrainian defenders managed to shoot down 54 enemy missiles out of more than 69 launched.
Brigadier General Oleksii Hromov, Deputy Chief of the Main Operational Department of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, said this.
«Today, the enemy resorted to another act of genocide of the Ukrainian people. Thus, at 7 in the morning, the enemy launched a massive missile attack on the territory of Ukraine, during which the enemy launched air and sea-based cruise missiles, anti-aircraft guided missiles and anti-aircraft missile systems S-300 and S -400 on energy and critical infrastructure facilities... More than 69 missiles were used by the enemy. 54 missiles were destroyed by our country’s air defense forces and means,» Hromov said.
