Luhansk Region
Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the region of Bilohorivka. The enemy is conducting defensive operations in the Kupiansk direction. The areas of Novoselivske and Stelmakhivka settlements were hit by fire from tanks and the entire range of artillery. In the Lyman direction, the occupiers shelled the districts of Makiivka, Ploshanka, and Nevske.
Donetsk Region
The enemy continues to advance in the Bakhmut and Avdiivka directions. More than 20 settlements were shelled by tanks and artillery of various types, including Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, Soledar, Bakhmutske, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Bila Gora, Druzhba, Zalizne, Avdiivka, Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Krasnohorivka, Maryinka, Novomykhailivka Donetsk region.
The enemy is defending in the Novopavlivske direction. The Russians launched artillery and mortar attacks on the areas of Vuhledar, Bohoyavlenka, Prechistivka and Zolota Nyva settlements in the Donetsk region.
Sumy Region
At night, the enemy shelled the Seredyno-Budsk community, from the territory of the Russian Federation, the city of Seredyno-Budsk, Shostka district were shelled with self-propelled guns. As a result of shelling, two residential buildings were damaged. Information about the victims is being clarified.
Also at night – shelling and explosions on the territory of the Seredyno-Budsk community. According to preliminary information, a fire broke out in a non-residential building as a result of the shelling. Detailed information is being clarified. Over the past day, the Russian enemy fired 226 shells and mines along the border.
Kharkiv Region
The Kupiansk community remains under fire from the occupiers. In the city of Kupiansk, as a result of artillery strikes, the lyceum building was partially destroyed, the windows were broken. There are no victims or injured.
During the next shelling, a 67-year-old local resident received shrapnel wounds and was hospitalized at a medical institution. Damaged roofs, windows of residential buildings, fences, farm buildings.
Yesterday, a house was on fire in the Dvorichanske community. No casualties. A 43-year-old woman died in the Vovchansk community as a result of shelling by the Russians.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
At night, the enemy attacked the area with kamikaze drones, heavy artillery and MLRS. Defenders from the «Shid» air command shot down all 8 kamikaze drones that the enemy sent to the region at night.
In the Nikopol district, Nikopol and the Marhanets community were under enemy fire. People are whole. In Nikopol, up to 10 private houses, farm buildings, gas furnaces, several shops, several office buildings and a college were damaged.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Kuprianivka, Novotavricheske, Zaliznychne, Dorozhnyanka, Shcherbaki, Novoandriivka, Chervone, Stepnohirsk, Stepove, Kamianske, Mali Shcherbaki, Orihiv, Gulyaipole, Zaliznychne, Mala Tokmachka, Olhivske, Novodanilivka, Malynivka, Biloghirya, Poltavka, Uspenivka, Timyrivka.
39 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by Russian military personnel. Details regarding the consequences are being clarified. During the past day, the evacuation of the civilian population from the temporarily occupied territory was carried out.
Kherson Region
Three wounded civilians per day. During this day, the Russians used artillery, Iskander OTRK, S-300 air defense system, tanks, Hrad anti-aircraft missile system.
The settlements of Pivnichne, Bakhmut, Karlivka, Kurakhove, Kramatorsk, Avdiivka, Hostre, Malotaranivka were shelled (residential sector, damaged residential sector, private houses and a school where the Point of Invincibility worked).

In ruins, without water and electricity
There is no heating in the front-line town, people stock up on firewood.
After the Russian occupation, not a single surviving high-rise building remained in the liberated Lyman of the Donetsk region. The people who remained in the city have been living without water and heating for months, counting on the help of volunteers. The enemy is periodically shelling the city with artillery.
The TSN team together with volunteers visited the Lyman of the Donetsk region. The Russians turned everything into ruins in the city.
«Damaged roads, broken houses, we are going to liberate Lyman together with volunteers from Transcarpathia... In the courtyard of 4-5 high-rise buildings, it seems – not a soul. But as soon as our cars stop, people start to gather, mostly elderly people,» – it is said in the plot of TSN.
A local resident told reporters that she «had no electricity, water and gas for six months.»
Light has just begun to appear here, but there is still no heating, firewood is piled up in the entrances, and home-made stoves are in the yards. People are happy with warm blankets and products from the humanitarian company. Volunteers leave help just in the yard. They say that when they leave, the neighbors have to share everything themselves. In this way, they want neighbors to take care of each other.
Several shops are already operating in Lyman, there are spontaneous markets, even bank branches have opened. But people don’t have money, they mostly don’t have anything to buy food.
