Luhansk Region
The enemy tried several times to break through the defense in the direction of Bakhmut last night. During the night, 13 artillery shells and four mortar shells were fired at the positions of the defenders of the Luhansk region. Once, the occupiers used MLRS.
Donetsk Region
At night, Bakhmut was shelled (two employees of the State Emergency Service were injured, the administrative building of the State Emergency Service and the Palace of Culture in the city center were damaged), Kurakhove (a private house was destroyed).
Over the past 24 hours, shelling from the Hrad, Hurricane MLRS, artillery: Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Kurakhove, Vodyane, Halytsynivka, Karlivka, Lastochkine private residential buildings, two garage boxes, two cars, two premises of Kurakhove TPP were damaged. In one day, seven people were killed and two were injured in the region. The region remains without gas and partly without water and electricity. Mandatory evacuation of the population continues.
Poltava Region
Yesterday evening, around 10:00 p.m., the air defense system went off in the Kremenchuk district of the region.
Kharkiv Region
Over the past day, the Russians have launched five missile strikes on Kharkiv’s infrastructure. After midnight, the occupiers struck the Kholodnohirskyi and Saltivskyi districts of Kharkiv. Previously, the Russians again used S-300 missiles. The object of critical infrastructure, premises on the production territory were damaged. At this time, there are no victims.
Across the region, the Russians struck Kharkiv, Izyum, Chuhuiv, and Bohodukhiv districts. At night, two people were injured in the Derhachy community of the Kharkiv district as a result of the blows of the occupiers. The victims were hospitalized with explosive and shrapnel injuries. In addition, during the day, doctors hospitalized two people in the Chuhuiv district, three in the Izyum district, including a two-year-old child, and one in the Kharkiv district.
Zaporizhzhia Region
At night there was an arrival, the anti-aircraft system was activated. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties or damage. As a result of yesterday’s shelling of the village of Mala Tokmachka, Polohy district, five people were seriously injured and three people died.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
Nikopol district is again under enemy fire. The Russians fired at him four times during the night. In Nikopol, 11 private houses, farm buildings, panels of a solar power plant and gymnasium were damaged. An enterprise was damaged in the Marhanets community. The scale of destruction in the community is being clarified. Previously, there were no casualties everywhere.
Mykolayiv Region
During the past day, the Kutsurub community (fire of dry grass in an open area), the Pervomaiske community (more than five residential buildings were partially destroyed as a result of the shelling, and outbuildings were damaged) were under enemy shelling. There are no casualties. Yesterday, the village of Shyroke was also shelled. The hits were on agricultural warehouses, in the building of an agricultural enterprise. There are no casualties.
Shelling of the territory and nearby settlements of the Berezneguvat community continues. During the past day, the surrounding territories of the town of Berezneguvate, the villages of Vysunsk, Semenivka, and Chervyn Yar came under fire. Information on damage and victims is being clarified.
Kherson Region
The situation in the Kherson region remains difficult, active hostilities continue. During the day and night, repeated air alarms sounded. De-occupied settlements are under constant enemy fire. When the enemy tried to establish an alternative crossing in the area of Hola Prystan, a barge with occupants and military equipment on board was destroyed. Also, the fire control of the Kakhovka bridge does not allow the enemy to carry out repair work.

The President of Turkey believes that neither Russia nor Ukraine are winners in this war.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan does not consider the West’s position «correct» and says that «Russia is not a country that can be underestimated.»
He expressed this point of view during a press conference with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić in Belgrade, reports Anadolu.
«The West follows a policy based on provocations towards Russia, but Moscow cannot be underestimated,» the Turkish president said.
He added that he does not think the attitude of the West to Russia is correct.
As the publication writes, since the beginning of the war in Ukraine in February of this year, Turkey has emphasized that it follows a «balanced» policy that «brought dividends, such as the historic agreement in Istanbul in July of this year, which unblocked the export of grain from Ukraine.»
Erdogan noted that it seems that the Russian-Ukrainian war will not end «in the near future.»
«I say to those who underestimate Russia, you are doing it wrong. Russia is not a country that can be underestimated,» he said.
Another publication provides Erdogan’s statement regarding the weapons supplied to Ukraine by the West.
The Turkish president also said that the West is sending Ukraine «scrap» and not weapons, writes Hurriyet.
He said that neither Russia nor Ukraine are the winners of this war, but there are many losers.
«Russia has cut off natural gas, prices have risen in Europe. Everyone is thinking about it. Why didn’t they think about it earlier?» – said the president.
