Luhansk Region
At night, there were 8 artillery attacks, 3 mortar attacks, and 9 rocket attacks on our positions in the Bakhmut direction. As a result, the occupiers achieved minor successes and continued their offensive west of Lysychansk.
Donetsk Region
During the day, 5 civilians were killed and 7 wounded. Under fire: Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Maryinka, the village of Georgiivka, the village of Novomykolaivka, village Myrolyubivka, village Khrestishche, village Zaitseve 3 private residential buildings, one high-rise building, a bus depot, and a summer cooperative were damaged.
At night and in the morning, the occupiers shelled Slovyansk, Hirnyk, Chasiv Yar and carried out an attack (previously, a rocket attack) on Druzhkivka. At the moment, at least two civilians are known to have been wounded.
There is no gas supply in the region, and partly water and electricity. The leadership of the region calls on the population to evacuate. Evacuation takes place daily.
Sumy Region
During the day, the enemy carried out 18 shellings of Sumy region from various types of weapons. Communities affected by shelling: Khotyn, Esman, Yunakiv, Myropillia, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Shalygin, Novosloboda.
During one of the shellings on the evening of July 8, a local farmer was injured in the Krasnopillia community. Fragments of mines gutted the car, two of them hit the man who was driving the car in the neck. He was taken to the hospital, currently there is no threat to his life.
At night there were rocket attacks on the communities of Bilopillia and Myropillia. Previously – without victims.
Kharkiv Region
In the evening and at night, shelling was recorded in the village. Yards of the Kharkiv district. The coniferous litter and the tent of the restaurant complex caught fire. In the same way, coniferous litter caught fire in the village. Rocket fire from shelling this night at 22.05. The area of the fire is 2 hectares.
At night, in the Izyum district, as a result of shelling, a fuel oil overpass caught fire. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.
Artillery strikes were carried out in Chuhuiv and Bohodukhiv areas throughout the region during the day. Private houses burned, wheat and barley fields were hit twice – up to 10 hectares of land were burned.
In the Izyum district, a poultry farm was also shelled.
During the day, one person was injured due to shelling in Tsirkuny.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
In the morning, the enemy insidiously attacked the Ingulets district of Kryvyi Rih with help «Hrad». A woman died. Two more people were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds.
A school and several houses were damaged.
Mykolayiv Region
Mykolayiv was shelled in the morning. Detailed information is being clarified.
Bashtansky district: yesterday, as a result of the impact of ammunition and their fragments, harvest residues and dry grass burned in the open area of the village. Good for the Bashtan community.
Berezneguvate station, villages Murahivka and Kalynivka of the Berezneguvate community came under fire at night. No victims beforehand. Damage information is being updated.
Kherson Region
The tense situation in the territory of the entire region. The occupiers launched rockets in the Mykolaiv region and liberated villages of the Kherson region. During the night, the residents of Kherson also heard automatic queues.
Fires in the fields and forests are burning in the village of Davidiv ford and nearby villages. Due to constant fighting, the number of destroyed houses and injured people is increasing.

On July 8, the famous British band Coldplay supported the Ukrainians during a concert as part of their tour at the National Stadium in Warsaw.
So, the British team performed the hit of the band «Okean Elzy ‘‘ in Ukrainian called «Оbiimy». Comedian and musician Ivan Marunych told about this on his Facebook.
He shared that together with Coldplay, the composition «Obiimy» was sung by a guy whom they «met on the embankment»:
«The year is 2022. The Coldplay band in Warsaw performs the song «Embrace» from «Okean Elzy» together with a guy they met on the Vistula embankment. What times are we living in...» Marunych commented on the video.
In turn, Coldplay soloist Chris Martin honestly admitted to the audience that he does not understand the lyrics of the song, but he likes it very much.
