Luhansk Region

Donetsk Region
At night there was an airstrike on Bakhmut (destroyed high-rise building, probably people under the rubble). The rescue operation is ongoing. Shelling from the «Hurricanes» of Myrnohrad, one person was injured. At dawn – shelling of Toretsk (a hospital was damaged, one person was injured), massive shelling of the central part of Avdiyivka, the consequences are being clarified.
Toretsk, Mykolayivka, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Myrnohrad, Chasiv Yar, Novobakhmutivka, Karlivka, Tonenke, Kurdyumivka, Pivnichne, Sokil were shelled over the past day.
Five high-rise buildings, seven private residential buildings, TPP premises, 10 garages, two civilian cars, and a power line were damaged. Over the past day, two civilians were killed and 13 civilians were injured in the Donetsk region.
Kharkiv Region
At night, a rocket attack was carried out in the Kharkiv district of Kyiv, the rocket hit the ground in a forest strip, the destruction is being investigated, without casualties. In the region, the occupiers attacked the city of Vovchansk yesterday evening, and five houses were damaged. There are no victims or injured. There was no fire.
According to the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance, one person was hospitalized in the Shevchenkove Kupiansk district during the day, who stepped on a mine.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy shelled the Nikopol district five times during the night. A power line was damaged in the Marhanets community. In Nikopol, a dozen houses, 114 panels of a solar station, a sanatorium and two enterprises were damaged. People were not injured.
In Kryvyi Rih, where seven Russian rockets landed the night before, the consequences of the attack were eliminated all night. Hydrotechnical structures were repaired and the water level in the Ihnulets River was lowered. Rescuers and emergency services are on the scene. Work continues. More than a hundred private houses and yards were flooded in the city. People have been evacuated.
Mykolayiv Region
At night there was shelling on the outskirts of Mykolayiv. Detailed information is being clarified. At midnight, the enemy attacked the villages of Shevchenko and Mishkovo-Pohorilove. The consequences are clarified.
Also tonight, missile strikes were carried out on an infrastructure facility in the village of Chornomorka. There are no casualties. During the night, the enemy repeatedly struck the territory of the town of Ochakiv. Hitting mainly in the aqua zone. There are no casualties.
Since the evening of the previous day and throughout the night, enemy shelling was recorded on the outskirts of the villages of Solonchaky, Dmytrivka, Yaselka, Ivanivka, and Kutsurub. The villages of Ivanivka and Yaselka are currently without electricity. There are no casualties.
This morning – shelling of the outskirts of the village Nova Oleksandrivka. There were no injuries or damage. Villages located on the dividing line of the Berezneguvate community remain under constant fire.
Yesterday from evening to 04:00 – shelling mainly outside the settlements of the villages Shyroke and Chervona Dolyna, hitting rural buildings. There are no casualties.
Kherson Region
The situation in the region remains extremely difficult. Active hostilities continue. Cases of looting and seizure of premises by Russians continue in temporarily occupied settlements. In Kherson, the occupiers seized the premises of the regional library for children and the premises of a bank.
In Nova Kakhovka, the occupiers seized the premises of the energy company and stole valuables worth more than half a million hryvnias..

The IAEA mission visited the nuclear power plant seized by the Russians to inspect it, but according to Oleksiy Danilov, secretary of the National Security Council, the visit of specialists did not bring the desired results.
Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the NSDC, emphasized that the world underestimates the nuclear terrorist threat of the Russian Federation, which seized the ZNPP and is blackmailing countries with it.
Oleksiy Danilov stated this in an interview with Wirtualna Polska.
According to him, the visit of the IAEA mission to the ZNPP last week did not change anything. It would be possible to talk about the improvement of the situation at the station if the terrorists took away the weapons, explosives and left the power station.
In addition, Danilov noted that during the IAEA visit, the press was not allowed, and the mission did nothing.
«They should have insisted on compliance with these agreements, because the world should have information from independent sources. The world ignores the threat posed by the seizure of the Zaporizhzhia NPP,» Danilov stressed.
The Secretary of the National Security Council noted that due to the world’s connivance of terrorists, Russia has already taken part of Georgia, illegally annexed Crimea, shot down a Boeing 777 and killed people.
«How much more evil and misery do the Russians have to do before the world finally sees it? In 2008, Russia took part of the territory of Georgia, and everyone didn’t care. In 2014, it annexed Crimea, the reaction was similar. A few months later, it killed 298 people, who flew in a Malaysian Boeing 777. These are the consequences of conniving with terrorists. The scale of violence is increasing,» he said.
