The situation in the region remains difficult, hostilities continue. Aviation of the Defense Forces of Ukraine made eleven strikes. Over the past day, missile forces and artillery hit control points of various levels and areas of concentration of manpower, weapons and military equipment. The occupiers complain about shelling of their positions in the areas of Zolote-5, Svatove, Kreminna, Vrubivka, Rubizhne, Lantrativka, Privillia, Lysychansk, and Severodonetsk settlements.
Donetsk Region
Late in the evening of September 30, Kostiantynivka was shelled (during the first, a private house was destroyed, during the second, a rocket hit a private yard, but did not explode). At night, there was shelling of the Ocheretynsk community, a person was wounded in the village of Berdychi; shelling of the Ugledarsk community (the village of Novoukrainka with MLRS, the village of Bohoyavlenka with cluster munitions); shelling of the Marinka community (towns of Marinka, Krasnohorivka, Elizavetivka and Kostyantynivka villages).
This morning – shelling of the village. Ivanivske of Bakhmut district (at least one person injured); massive shelling of the central part of Avdiivka.
In one day, four people were killed and six were injured in the Donetsk region. Mandatory evacuation of the population continues.
Sumy Region
In the afternoon of September 30, the enemy shelled the territory of the Vklyopisariv community twice. He fought with «Hrad» and mortars, only 12 sorties. There were no losses or damages.
This morning, the enemy shelled the Esman community: 6 sorties arrived. In advance – without consequences.
Kharkiv Region
The occupiers continue shelling the civilian population adjacent to the border with the Russian Federation and the contact line of the Kupiansk, Kharkiv, Izyum and Chuhuiv districts of the Kharkiv region. During the past 24 hours, the areas of settlements: Strelecha, Ridkodub, Kuchkivka, Okhrimivka, Vilkhuvatka, Dvorichna and others were shelled. Due to the impact of ammunition, there were fires in the Kupiansk district (the village of Dvorichna, as a result of the hostilities, an economic building was on fire); Kharkiv district (Strileche village, three apartments on an area of 100 square meters burned). According to the regional Center for Emergency Medical Assistance, two people were hospitalized with injuries during the day.
Demining continues, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service have neutralized 816 explosive objects during the day.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The occupiers shelled the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts. Nikopol was hit five times by «Hrad» and heavy artillery. There were no casualties. In Nikopol, private houses, farm buildings, a cafe and a hotel were damaged. More than a thousand families of Nikopol residents were left without electricity. In the Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka communities, the destruction is being clarified.
There were no casualties in the Velyka Mykhailivka community of the Synelnykove district. Details regarding the consequences of the shelling are being clarified.
Odesa Region
Before dawn, a missile attack was carried out in Odesa region by two missiles, presumably «Iskander», hitting an object of industrial infrastructure, damaging an electric substation and several surrounding buildings. A fire broke out in one of the private garages, which was promptly extinguished. Without human losses.
Mykolayiv Region
At night, Mykolayiv came under enemy fire twice. After midnight, the enemy struck with kamikaze drones. Detailed information on the consequences is being clarified.
Around 4 o’clock in the morning, the city was shelled again, previously by S-300 missiles. There are numerous destructions of residential buildings. Yes, one of the rockets hit a five-story residential building in the city center. Apartments on the 5th and 4th floors were completely destroyed, others were significantly damaged. The windows of the surrounding houses were blown out. In another area of the city, private houses and a medical facility suffered numerous damages as a result of shelling. Also, as a result of shelling, namely the fall of ammunition and their fragments, the warehouse and buildings on the territory of the motor vehicle enterprise were damaged.
According to preliminary data, five people were injured as a result of the shelling, including a three-month-old baby. The child is provided with medical care together with the mother. Currently, the condition of all the wounded is stable.
Shelling of the Berezneguvate community continues. During the past day, the surrounding territories of the villages of Lepetykha and Kavkaz were shelled. In the evening, shelling of the outskirts of the village was recorded. Vysun and Berezneguvate stations. There were no injuries or damage.
Yesterday evening – shelling of the outskirts of the village Nova Oleksandrivka of the Ingul community. There were no injuries or damage. In the morning, shelling was recorded outside the village of Shyroke. There were no injuries or damage.
Kherson Region
The situation in the Kherson region remains extremely difficult. Fighting continues. The Russian military shelled the front-line villages of the Beryslav district, hit the civilian infrastructure and the houses of the civilian population. There is destruction and injured local residents. Some villages are without electricity, there are problems with water supply.
Myrolyubivka, which was recently liberated from the occupiers, was fired at from the «Hrad» salvo rocket systems. One person was killed, one was wounded. Critical situation in the occupied villages.
According to the information of Operational Commander «Pivden», the enemy is trying to restore traffic on the Antoniv bridge, building materials are being brought there, and road repair equipment is accumulating.
Rocket and artillery units and damage was inflicted on the command post in Beryslav district, in six areas of concentration of enemy manpower, weapons and equipment in Kherson, Nova Kakhovka, in Dariivka and Nova Kardashinka, and a column of military equipment in Nova Kakhovka was attacked twice. The control point for unmanned aerial vehicles in Davydiv Brod was hit.

The Danish police have started an investigation into the gas leak in the Baltic Sea and will «soon» create a joint international investigative team, which will include representatives of the relevant authorities, in particular, Germany and Sweden.
The Danish police «expects that a team of investigators will be formed in the near future, but it is still too early to give a date,» the relevant statement said.
«Until this group is established, there will be close cooperation with the relevant foreign authorities, including Swedish and German authorities, based on the general rules regarding international cooperation in the investigation,» the police also said.
We will remind, on September 26, the mass media reported about the accident on the «North Stream-2» gas pipeline. According to journalists, a sharp drop in pressure was recorded on one of the object’s lines.
After Nord Stream-2, another Russian gas pipeline had an accident. A decrease in pressure was also recorded on both threads of Nord Stream-1. After accidents on Russian gas pipelines, Denmark was informed about gas pollution in the Baltic Sea.
The German authorities do not rule out that the accidents on the Nord Streams could have occurred as a result of planned sabotage.
Sweden reported the fourth gas leak from the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines. Coast Guard vessels are near the site of the leak, and the investigation is ongoing
