Luhansk Region
In the Kupiansk and Lyman directions, the enemy is holding defense on the previously occupied lines. Enemy artillery shelling was recorded, in particular, in the areas of Makiivka, Nevske, Novoselivske, Ploshanka and Stelmakhivka. «Improvement» continues in the occupied territories: in Dovzhansk, equipment from the mines is taken to the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The Red Partisan and Kharkiv mines are being prepared for closure. Measures to forcibly resettle local residents are also ongoing.
Donetsk Region
At night – isolated shelling along the front line, in particular the settlements of Toretsk, Ocheretyn, and Mariinka communities. In addition, shelling of the Torske and Zarichne Lyman communities. In the morning – intensification of hostilities in the Avdiivka and Vuhledar area. Electricity supply has been partially restored in the de-occupied communities – Sviatohirsk and Lyman.
Kharkiv Region
Yesterday evening in the Kupiansk district in the city of Shevchenkove, the occupiers attacked residential buildings. There were people in the two-story apartment building. A 30-year-old woman died, and a 60-year-old woman received burns. Another man under the rubble, the emergency services are working. The information is being clarified.
Zaporizhzhia Region
During the past day, the occupiers shelled the civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Novodanilivka, Malynivka, Shcherbaki, Olhivske, Kamianske, Komyshuvakha, Biloghirya, Dorozhnianka, Zaliznychne, Gulyaipole, Orihiv, Mali Shcherbaki, Stepnohirsk. 23 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling by Russian military personnel. Data on the consequences are being clarified.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy once again terrorized Nikopol region. During the night, the Russians shelled Nikopol, Marhanets and Myrove communities. A 78-year-old man was injured in Nikopol. Several private houses, cars and a motor boat were damaged in the city. No people were injured in Myrove and Marhanets communities. The consequences of the shelling are still being clarified.
Kherson Region
According to the information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the enemy is conducting a positional defense in the Kherson direction, improving fortification equipment. Directed fire from tanks, barrel and rocket artillery in the areas of the settlements of Antonivka, Veletenske, Novokairy, Novotyaginka, Ponyativka, Tokarivka, Vesele, Vysuntsi, Klapaia and the city of Kherson. In Kherson, there were explosions in micro-districts: Ostriv, Kindiyka, Voenka. As a result of hitting a five-story building on the Island, a man was slightly injured. Windows were broken in some houses. The villages adjacent to the right bank are suffering from shelling: Lviv, Olhivka, Burgunka, Odradokamyanka, Mykolaivka.
Despite all the difficulties, life is returning to the liberated Kherson Region. People receive the necessary assistance, businesses and state institutions are restored. Specialists work around the clock to restore damaged communications. There are 13 ambulance teams working in Kherson. Specialists of the mobile operator managed to restore two more base stations in the Kherson region.

During the retreat from the Kherson region, the Russian occupiers left mines on the roads, one of which blew up a car with civilians.
A car blew up in the liberated Beryslav district of the Kherson region. People died.
Volodymyr Litvinov, the head of Beryslav Regional State Administration, reported this on Telegram.
«It was recorded that a car hit an explosive object. The incident happened near the city of Beryslav. Unfortunately, there are dead and wounded civilians,» he said.
He emphasized that the Russian occupiers had left behind many mines and roadblocks and asked to refrain from traveling on roads that have not yet been checked by experts.
We will remind you that the occupiers left behind thousands of unexploded mines and ammunition in the Kherson Region. Thus, on November 11, a civilian car was blown up on a minivan left by the occupiers in the Kherson region liberated from Russian troops. As a result of the explosion, 4 people were injured, including two children.
