As a result of Russian shelling in Ukraine, about 32,000 civilian objects have already been damaged.

Yevhen Yenin, the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, said that the Russians «dream with a maniacal desire to plunge Ukraine into darkness.» That is why the Russian Federation will continue to attack critical energy infrastructure.

He said this on November 27 on the telethon.

According to him, there is still no reason to believe that the Kremlin will stop. However, Ukraine cannot be broken, he emphasized.

«We may face rather difficult times, but the government is also preparing. I know that the vast majority of Ukrainians are also preparing for such attacks,» Yenin said.

Currently, 524 settlements in seven regions are completely or partially without electricity. In addition, about 32,000 civilian objects, as well as more than 700 critical infrastructure objects, were damaged as a result of the Russian strikes on Ukraine. In particular, airfields, bridges, oil depots, electrical substations. Meanwhile, 3% of the number of recorded shellings were military objects.

«As befits terrorists, civilian objects are under their sights. These are, first of all, private or apartment buildings of peaceful residents. Objects of critical infrastructure remain under the Russians’ sights,» Yenin said.
