Donetsk Region
During the night, Avdiivka, both the old and new parts of the city, were shelled. Active assault actions along almost the entire line of defense of the Ocheretyn community (in the area of Vodyane, Pervomaiske, Nevelske, Kamyanka, Krasnohorivka, Oleksandropol) with the use of aviation – in the area of the village of Nevelske Shelling continued almost all night in the area of N.p. Vodyane, Pervomayske, Nevelske.
At least two houses were damaged in Pervomaiske. Information on civilian casualties is being clarified. Artillery shelling of positions was recorded in the Marin community last night. Especially – the village of Katerynivka and the village of Antonivka. Demining, distribution of humanitarian aid, payment of pensions, installation of heating points continue in the de-occupied communities. In the Donetsk region, three civilians were killed and eight wounded in a day.
Kharkiv Region
During the past day, the enemy shelled populated areas of Chuhuiv, Kharkiv and Kupiansk districts of Kharkiv region. In the city of Vovchansk, as a result of shelling, an economic building was damaged, in the village of Dvorichna – residential buildings, fires broke out. Three people were injured in the Kupiansk district. Demining continues in the territories liberated from the enemy. During the day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service defused 413 explosive objects.
Sumy Region
During the day, the Russians shelled three communities – Esman, Bilopillia and Znob-Novhorod. 40 munitions from mortars, grenade launchers and artillery were released along the border. Yesterday, after 10:00 p.m., 17 explosions rang out in the Esmansk community. No consequences. The information is being clarified.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
At night, the enemy shelled the Nikopol district. He visited three communities – Nikopol, Marhanets and Myrove. One person was injured in Nikopol: the man was hospitalized. In the city, eight high-rise and private buildings, a hotel, a bus stop, several shops, a gas pipeline and several power lines were damaged. The shelling caused a fire at the gas station and in the garage cooperative. The fire has already been put out. 10 garages were damaged. There were no casualties in Marhanets and Myrove communities.
Mykolayiv Region
Yesterday during the day and this morning, the settlement of Shyroke community was shelled. As a result, two residential buildings were destroyed, three more were damaged (windows were broken by debris and roofs were damaged). There are no casualties. The shelling of the territory and settlements of the Berezneguvat community, located on the demarcation line, continues. Information on victims and damage is being clarified.
Kherson Region
Active hostilities continue. The enemy covered populated areas of Beryslav district with mortar and artillery fire. Private houses, farm buildings, shops, agricultural machinery and road surfaces were mutilated by shelling. There are victims among the civilian population. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the so-called «evacuation» from the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region is ongoing. Additional roadblocks were set up on the «evacuation» routes to the temporarily occupied Crimea, where thorough care and checks of the civilian population were organized.
According to Operational Command «Pivden», the enemy is defending and trying to hold the occupied lines. In the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region, the intensification of the work of medical institutions with the deployment of additional beds, due to the large influx of wounded occupiers, was recorded. During stabilization measures in the recently de-occupied territories, police officers continue to uncover new war crimes committed by the Russian military.

Fake about the «dirty bomb» – Kuleba named three targets of Russia
Dmytro Kuleba explained why the Kremlin launched a lie about Ukraine’s alleged intentions to use a «dirty bomb» into the information space.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, named three reasons why Russia began to spread a fake about the presence of a «dirty bomb» in Ukraine, when the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Serhii Shoigu, began to call the defense ministers of key countries of the nuclear club and spread this lie.
He told about this in an interview with TSN.
Thus, according to Dmytro Kuleba, the first goal was aimed purely at Russia’s domestic audience – to show the Russian people an additional argument that «we told them, we warned them, but they did nothing, they cover up the Kyiv regime, and then all their classical narratives».
The second target of this disinformation was aimed at the countries of the so-called global South. Countries where Russia is still fighting for its narrative to be accepted at least somehow. They are spreading the story about a bad Ukraine that is preparing a «dirty bomb».
«I have been monitoring the world media on this very topic. Who in the world writes about this the most in this mixed sense, without rejecting Russian disinformation? These are the media from Latin America, Africa and Asia. That is, the Russians are working for this part of the world, trying to discredit Ukraine and its allies,» said the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine.
And the third goal is to inflame the situation.
«They don’t care about Shoigu, Gerasimov. They understand perfectly well that they are telling dirty lies, nonsense, accusing Ukraine of this when they communicate with the British, French, Americans and others. But they need it to spin the flywheel of this story, to inflame the situation,» – said Kuleba.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs also emphasized that such calls from Russia to the West are actually a hidden but desperate plea to talk to them.
