Donetsk Region

Yesterday in the village A 25-year-old mother and two children – a four-year-old boy and a six-year-old girl – were injured as a result of Russian shelling from Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district. The condition of the mother is assessed as average, the children are in serious condition. Two men were hospitalized with injuries in the Kupyan district, one man was injured and hospitalized in the Chuhuiv district. Yesterday near the village A 73-year-old man was injured when a mine blew up in Lypka, Kharkiv district. Humanitarian demining of liberated territories continues. During the day, the pyrotechnic units of the State Emergency Service defused 1,216 explosive objects.
Sumy Region
At night, the enemy shelled five border settlements, during which 22 air strikes were recorded. Myropillia, Esman, Znob-Novhorod communities were under fire. In the morning – shelling of Shalyhyne and Esman communities. In all cases, information about victims and destruction was not received, the data is being clarified. Also, over the past day, the enemy directed almost a hundred shells and mines at the border areas of the region. The Russians opened fire on six communities.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
During the night, our air defense forces destroyed six enemy kamikaze drones over the region. At night and in the morning, the Russians again shelled Nikopol and the Chervonohryhorivka community. Previously, people were not injured. The scale of the destruction is being clarified.
Poltava Region
At night, a flight of UAVs was recorded over the region, air defense was operating in the Kremenchuk district. Information about the consequences is being clarified.
Mykolayiv Region
This morning, as a result of enemy shelling, a residential building in the settlement of Pervomaiske community was damaged. There are no casualties. The settlement of Shyroke community was also shelled tonight. As a result of the impact of ammunition and their fragments, one house caught fire. The previously destroyed buildings were also hit. There are no casualties. Shelling of the Berezneguvate community continues. Yes, one of the settlements of the community was shelled yesterday evening. No casualties. Damage information is being updated.
Kherson Region
Active hostilities continue. The enemy shelled the recently liberated villages of Beryslav district. Numerous damages and destruction of civil infrastructure were recorded. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian occupation administration of Kherson was transferred to the city of Skadovsk. Russian troops are preparing the territory of the Novokakhov community for defensive battles. In this regard, trenches are being dug along the line of the left bank, on which Nova Kakhovka, Dnipriany, and Korsunka are located, within about 20 kilometers. The occupiers continue to kidnap residents of the Kherson region. So, on November 1, armed Russian soldiers took a 53-year-old local resident from his workplace in the center of Kakhovka. Also in the city of Nova Kakhovka, representatives of the Russian security forces kidnapped two employees of the city council. The men’s whereabouts are unknown.

Iran intends to send more drones and ballistic missile systems to Russia, indicating that the aggressor country is on the way to exhausting its own reserves.

According to the Central Intelligence Agency, Iranian officials plan to supply Russia with a batch of more than 200 Shahed-136, Mohajer-6 and Arash-2 drones. It is noted that these drones will be delivered to the Russian Federation disassembled, and Russian personnel will collect them and mark them with the marking of the aggressor country.
In addition, CNN, citing sources, said that Iran plans to send 1,000 weapons to Russia by the end of the year, including short-range surface-to-surface ballistic missiles and combat drones. It is said to be the first confirmed case of Iran sending modern precision missiles to Russia.
«Iran plans to send more combat drones and new ballistic missile systems to Russia for use in Ukraine, likely further increasing Russia’s dependence on Iranian-made weapons systems. Russia likely has been negotiating additional supplies of weapons systems to Iran as its stockpiles deplete cruise missiles and drone systems during the war in Ukraine, in particular during the Russian campaign against Ukrainian critical infrastructure,» the message reads.
ISW experts predict that Russia will most likely continue to use drone attacks and missile strikes against Ukraine’s critical infrastructure to try to compensate for the failures and limitations of its conventional forces on the front lines. Russia’s dependence on Iranian production systems, and therefore on Iran, will most likely grow.
