Luhansk Region
The Russians conducted unsuccessful offensive actions near Kreminnaya and Bilohorivka on Kupiansk and Lyman. They carried out artillery fire on Makiivka, Nevske, Kreminna, Dibrova and Bilohorivka.
In order to speed up the exchange of passports for Russian ones, the invaders organized on-site receptions of documents from citizens. They drive around populated areas, walk in yards, checking the presence of documents of the Russian Federation. The situation in the region remains difficult.
Donetsk Region
During the day, there were 37 attacks from Grad anti-aircraft missiles, artillery, mortars, tanks, S-300 air defense systems, an airstrike (missile type not established). The residential sectors of Druzhkivka, Kurakhove, Toretsk, Chasiv Yar, Krasnohorivka, Velyka Novosilka settlement, village were shelled. Sumy Region
On March 3, during the day, the Russians shelled 6 territorial communities of the region: Shalyhyne, Krasnopillia, Bilopillia, Esman, Hlukhiv, Yunakiv. 121 approaches were recorded – from mortars, artillery, anti-aircraft guns, from anti-aircraft missiles, from tanks. There is destruction and sacrifice.
Shalyhyne community: a local resident died as a result of shelling. A power line was damaged in the settlement. As a result of mortar shelling in the village. 3 residential buildings were damaged in Khodyne.
Esman community: a private residential building was damaged as a result of shelling. The enemy also fired on the territory of the community with an anti-aircraft gun – 20 hits and a mortar – another 20 hits.
Krasnopillia community: an enemy UAV dropped 4 ammunition (VOG type) in various villages of the community; enemy fire from ATGM 120 mm (launch of 2 rockets). Also, from the territory of the Russian Federation, artillery fire was carried out.
Bilopillia community: there was tank fire from the territory of the Russian Federation, mortar fire, barrel artillery fire, 8 attacks from self-propelled guns were also recorded.
Yunakiv community: shelling from self-propelled guns and mortar shelling were recorded.
Hlukhiv community: yesterday afternoon, the Russians fired mortars – 5 volleys.
Kharkiv Region
This morning in the village Chaikivka of the Vovchansk community of the Chuhuiv district. A 37-year-old civilian man blew himself up on a stretcher when he was going to the river to fish. He died as a result of his injuries.
Yesterday, in the Slobozhansk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of about 10 settlements, among them – Strelecha, Staritsa, Vovchansk, Budarki and Ambarne.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy carried out artillery shelling of populated areas near the contact line. In particular, these are Dvorichna, Kupiansk, Krokhmalne. Yesterday afternoon, a shelling was carried out on the village of Dvorichny in the Kupiansk district. Also yesterday there was shelling of Kupyansk. At least 9 residential buildings were damaged, outbuildings and a garage were destroyed. There is a hit on the roof of the boiler room of the NCP of the Kupiansk Medical Association. No casualties.
As a result of shelling in Vovchansk yesterday evening, a private residential building was damaged. At night in the village A 52-year-old civilian man was wounded in Berestove, Kupiansk district, as a result of enemy shelling
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The Marhanets community came under artillery fire at night, and Nikopol in the morning. There is destruction. In Nikopol, a private enterprise, 4 houses were damaged, and a power line was cut. Two outbuildings were mutilated. One of them got busy. Firefighters have already extinguished the fire. The consequences of the attacks are being clarified. Rescuers are inspecting the territories targeted by the Russian army. People were not injured.
Yesterday afternoon, the enemy fired more than 100 shells from heavy artillery and MLRS on the Nikopol region. It flew to Marhanets and Myrove communities. No victims, but there is destruction. The Marhanets community got the most. There, a social institution, 17 private houses, 12 farm buildings, a car, a gas pipeline and a power line were damaged.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled the civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Malynivka, Novoandriivka, Novodanilivka, Gulyaipole, Mali Shcherbaki, Zaliznychne, Bilohirya, Vesnyanka, Olhivske, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Shcherbaki, Kamianske, Stepove. 18 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling. The consequences are clarified.
Kherson Region
The occupiers are again attacking the Kherson region. There are dead and wounded civilians due to enemy strikes.
Russians fired at a tractor driver near the village of Tomarine, Beryslav district. The 33-year-old victim was taken to the nearest medical facility by the military. However, the doctors could not do anything, he stated death
Also, the enemy once again attacked the village of Kozatske, Kakhovsky district. Two people were injured, and now medics are providing them with the necessary assistance.
In Kherson, a fragment of an enemy projectile injured an employee of one of the enterprises. The 48-year-old woman was at her workplace when the shelling began. The victim was hospitalized.
During the day, the enemy fired 69 rounds (435 shells), including 4 (26 shells) in the city of Kherson: mortars – 30, MLRS – 6, artillery – 27, tank – 4, UAV – 2. In Kherson there are hits in residential quarters of the city, private and apartment buildings; the territory of «Khersonelectrotrans».
In one day in the region: one person died, 10 were injured. 80 people were evacuated from the de-occupied territories of the Kherson region.

Podoliak is sure that Russian propaganda does not affect Ukrainian society.
The Russians, who are unable to physically seize the city of Bakhmut, resort to information operations to discredit the Ukrainian Armed Forces and drive the army and the population into a state of panic. That is their goal.
Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, stated this on the air of the "We – Ukraine" TV channel.
«In general, they want to follow the following tactical plan: reduce the intensity of fire, advance a little, get a certain victory, take some destroyed settlement, and then reduce the intensity of fire, conduct many informational discrediting programs not only in Ukraine, but also in the West, and then move into a protracted negotiation process. This is a fairly clear tactic,» he said.
However, Podolyak is sure that Russian propaganda does not affect Ukrainian society.
«We understand that it is really difficult for us, there is a certain shortage of resources, today Russia has accumulated all its remaining resources. The only thing left for them is endless mobilization. But if we receive more shells, we can simply push them away from advanced positions, minimize our losses and significantly thin their offensive ranks. I think that we are not so much influenced by Russian propaganda as we ourselves like to discuss with each other how we should and should not fight. We are unpredictable in the good sense of the word. So with our help no one will be able to implement some programs, because no one understands what we think,» the politician assured.
