Patients who have lost their limbs will be fitted with modern bionic prostheses in a Lviv hospital, the First Territorial Medical Union of Lviv reported.
With the help of modern prostheses, they will be able to play sports, draw and hold objects of any shape and size. The first ones are already manufactured.
«The first two bionic prostheses are already in the hospital. They are fantastic. Such prostheses are a modern solution for those who have lost limbs, but do not want to lose a full life. This is an opportunity to live without barriers and restrictions,» – the message reads.
Bionic limbs are created on the basis of artificial intelligence technologies. They are manufactured by the Ukrainian company «Esper Bionics». Prosthetics will be conducted within the framework of the project of the «Unbreakable» National Rehabilitation Center.
