In the Zaporozhye region, the Russian military captured two Britons who were providing humanitarian aid in Ukraine.
Two Britons tried to help a mother with two children to leave a settlement that came under the control of Russian invaders, but they were stopped at a checkpoint by the occupiers.
The Russian military stopped the British at a checkpoint. The further fate of these people is currently unknown.
A woman waiting for British help to leave an enemy-occupied city received a strange message from volunteers. After that, the Russian military broke into her house.
The military shouted at the woman, accusing her of «helping British spies.»
So far, British diplomats have reported what happened, but no official statements have been made yet.
Earlier the Russian military captured British Sean Pinner and Aiden Aslin. On Russian TV, they asked to be exchanged for pro-Russian politician Viktor Medvedchuk.
At the same time, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson stated that the decision to exchange two British fighters will be decided only by Kyiv.
Donetsk region
The whole front line – shelling. Hail, artillery, mortars, aircraft, missiles. In the evening – a missile strike on the outskirts of Kramatorsk. The Russian occupiers fired on 9 towns and villages in the Donetsk region.
As a result of the Russian shelling over the past day in the Donetsk region, three people were killed and six others were injured.
Mariupol – without changes. An operation to remove civilians from the plant is planned for today.
Kyiv region
The night before, a missile strike was fired at the infrastructure of the Fastiv community during an air raid. According to preliminary data, 5 people were rescued, 10 were injured. The information is being clarified. Twelve firefighting units and 98 rescuers were involved in the aftermath of the strike.
Luhansk region
The situation remains tense. During the day – shelling: Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Hirske, Pryvillia. In each of these cities there is damage to housing and farm buildings. No civilians were killed.
Dnipropetrovsk region
The night passed quietly. However, in the morning the enemy fired two hailstones on the border with Kherson region. Previously, people were not affected. Detailed information and data on the consequences are being clarified.
Khmelnytskyi region
In the evening, during an air raid, a rocket hit an infrastructure facility in one of the territorial communities of Shepetivka district in the Khmelnytsky region. The consequences of the hit are eliminated. There are no victims.
Kherson region
In the area of explosions and shelling, the enemy is trying to take control of settlements, resorting to threats and abductions. The situation in the region is difficult and tense.

Kharkiv region
Artillery and MLRS shelling of residential areas of the city continued at night, During the past 24hrs, 5 civilians were killed and 11 were injured in shelling by the Russian occupiers in Kharkiv and the region. During the day, the occupiers continuously fired on the Kharkiv district, the settlements of Pokotylivka, Khroly, and Kotlyary.
