Tvoemisto.tv production studio is organising a live stream of the big concert, held by a popular Ukrainian rock band «Okean Elzy». The event will take place tomorrow, September 18, in the square in front of Ivan Franko National University in Lviv.
Tvoemisto.tv will broadcast the concert on its Facebook page, website and YouTube channel. Also, the media hub is ready to share the signal of translation with other media if they contact the editorial email address info@tvoemisto.tv.
We will add that earlier, «Okean Elzy» together with Ukrainian indie-band «Odyn v kanoe» (Alone in canoe) presented a brand new song about Lviv called «Misto vesny» (The spring city).
Let us remind you that on September 18, 8 pm, the popular Ukrainian rock band «Okean Elzy» will play an open free concert on the square near the main building of Ivan Franko National University in Lviv, on the occasion of the institution’s 360th anniversary.
The event will be open and free of cost for everybody and will be held according to the relevant quarantine requirements. In particular, to access the area, the visitors must have one of the following documents:
In particular, it is a question of access to the area in the presence of one of such documents:
- vaccination certificate from Covid-19 (electronic in the application «DIIA» (Action) or printed from the family doctor);
- negative PCR-test for Covid-19 made 72 hours before the event;
- immediate test to determine the antigen of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2;
- certificate of getting the 1st dose of the vaccine from Covid-19.
The band’s press service warns that if you’re not vaccinated yet, you have time to get the first dose by Saturday evening. In addition, it will be possible to get vaccinated at special vaccination points near the concert venue. You also have to wear a mask.
Children (along with parents) can enter without tests or vaccination, as can adolescents under 16 years of age.
Starting at 6 pm, the checkpoints will start functioning on the adjacent streets.
The university building itself will become part of the stage: a special lighting program from the Lithuanian guru of concert installations Arvydas Buinauskas will be projected into its wall.
Historical details: Ivan Franko Lviv National University was founded on January 20, 1661. It was founded as a Jesuit academy, which was later renamed as Josephine University (1784-1805), Lviv Lyceum (1805-1817), Franz I University (1817-1918), Jan-Kazimir University of Lviv (1919-1939), and during the Soviet times – Ivan Franko Lviv State University (1939-1999).
