Luhansk Region
During the night, in the Bakhmut direction, where the defenders of the Luhansk region are holding their positions, there were two artillery shells, four mortars and one from an anti-aircraft gun. The battle continues near Verkhnokamyanske.
The activity of sabotage and reconnaissance groups is noted. The «Government of the LPR’’ adopted a resolution according to which pensioners are allowed to work of a temporary nature in the recently occupied territories, as well as an order on the creation of medical facilities: Lysychansk Central Multidisciplinary Hospital, Lysychansk City Psychiatric Hospital, Lysychansk City Dental Polyclinic, Kreminsk Oncology Dispensary, Severodonetsk Central City multidisciplinary hospital and others.
Donetsk Region
Missile airstrikes – three in Kostyantynivka, two each in New York and Kramatorsk. Slovyansk and Avdiika shelled – important industrial facilities for the region were damaged – «Zeus Ceramics’’ and the Avdiivka Coke Chemical Plant. At night and in the morning – flights over Kramatorsk: the types of weapons and the possible number of victims are being specified. In one day, three people were killed and five were injured in the region.
Vinnytsia Region
Vinnytsia was shelled at around 11 o’clock on July 14. The Russians bombed the office building. Three rockets by Russian criminals hit a civilian building.
It was established that the premises of one of the medical centers were also destroyed. Nearby residential buildings were damaged by the blows. A fire broke out at the place of «arrivals», and the fire spread to the parking lot. Half a hundred cars burned.
20 people were killed (one baby) and 25 were injured as a result of the Russian rockets being hit. 90 victims sought help at medical facilities, approximately fifty of them are in serious condition.
Kharkiv Region
Yesterday evening, the occupiers launched rocket attacks, damaging a critical infrastructure facility in the Nemyshlyanskyi district in Kharkiv. There are no casualties. At night, a rocket hit a furniture shop in the Osnovyanskyi district in Kharkiv, causing a fire. A three-story building was partially destroyed, three trucks and a critical infrastructure object were damaged. Previously, there were also no victims.
Throughout the region, during the day, the enemy shelled Zolochiv of Bohodukhiv district, and private houses were on fire. Also, in the Derhachi community of Kharkiv district, there were fires in houses and farm buildings. Yesterday, in the Izyum district, as a result of shelling, the roof of the communal facility of the hospital was on fire. There are no victims. During the day, two wounded people were hospitalized in the Chuhuyiv district due to shelling.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy again shelled Kryvyi Rih district. They hit the Zelenodolsk community – the village of Velyka Kostromka and Zelenodolsk itself. There were no casualties in Velyka Kostromka. Other details regarding the consequences are currently being worked out.
Mykolayiv Region
This morning, Mykolayiv was subjected to massive rocket fire. According to preliminary information, nine rockets were fired at the regional center. Currently, it is known about damage to two educational institutions, a transport infrastructure facility and a hotel. One person was injured. First without victims. Detailed information is being clarified. Bashtanka district: at night – shelling in the city of Bashtanka.

The hits were mostly outside the population centers, as a result of which grain fields burned, and a water tower was damaged. The damage has now been repaired. There are no casualties. Shelling of villages along the demarcation line in the Berezneguvate community continues. Information on victims and damage is being clarified.
Kherson Region
Fighting continues on the territory of the region, as a result of which more and more settlements are on the verge of destruction. Every day, more and more civilians suffer from explosions and shelling, livestock are blown up by mines, infrastructure that survived earlier is destroyed, wheat fields and forests are burning.
Residents of the communities bordering the Dnipropetrovsk and Mykolayiv regions note an increase in equipment and the number of military personnel of the Russian Federation. In Kherson, the occupiers began dismantling the monument to the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred, and the destruction of monuments to the heroes of the Antiterrorist operation continues.

Due to constant shelling, it is extremely difficult to put out such fires in the occupied territories, the Russians deliberately do not allow them to be extinguished.
The situation is similar in other regions, fires from mass shelling by the Russian army in Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhzhia regions are destroying wheat fields. This was reported in a number of local publications over the past few days. The head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk, also confirmed the information in his Telegram channel.
Earlier it was reported that the Russian Federation tried to sell grain stolen in Ukraine to Egypt. For this purpose, 27,000 tons of grain were loaded onto the ship «Matros Pozynych» in Crimea. However, Egypt refused to buy it. According to CNN, a Russian cargo ship was spotted in the Syrian port of Latakia. Presumably, Ukrainian grain stolen by the occupiers was on board the vessel.
