Luhansk Region
The enemy is trying to break through the defenses of our troops on the Kupiansk and Lyman directions. He led unsuccessful offensive actions in the districts of Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Serebryansk Forestry, Kreminna, Dibrova, and Bilohorivka.
He carried out artillery shelling of the districts of Makiivka, Dibrova and Bilohorivka.
The situation in the region remains tense.
Donetsk Region
At night there was a missile attack on the city of Avdiivka, two missiles hit the territory of PRJSC «AKHZ», the third and fourth missiles hit the area of the reinforced concrete construction plant.
Also late in the evening – a missile attack on Kurakhovo. The park and high-rise buildings were damaged.
This morning there was a missile strike on the village of Lastochkine. Information on civilian casualties is being clarified.
Last day, the enemy carried out airstrikes (the type of missiles was not established), fired from «Hurricane», «Hrad» MLRS, mortars, tanks, artillery. Avdiivka, Kostyantynivka, Chasiv Yar, Velyka Novosilka township, Kurakhivka township, Maksimilianivka village, Novoukrainka village, Severne village were shelled.
22 residential buildings (including 2 high-rise buildings), a school, premises of an industrial enterprise, 2 civilian cars, a garage, 2 low-pressure gas pipelines, and utility buildings were damaged.
Over the past day, 3 were killed and 14 injured in the region.
Sumy Region
During the day yesterday, the Russians shelled the territories of 6 communities: Bilopillia, Shalyhyne, Krasnopillia, Esman, Znob-Novhorod, Seredyno-Budsk. 94 «arrivals» were recorded – from mortars, artillery (Multiple rocket launcher and self-propelled guns), 2 rocket arrivals, as well as the dropping of 4 explosive devices from UAVs (VOG type).
Kharkiv Region
In the Slobozhansk direction, during the day, the enemy shelled the areas of the settlements of Strelecha, Hlyboke, Lukyantsi, Hatyshche, Vovchansk, Dvorichna and Kindrashivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensives in the areas of Dvorichna and Hryanikyvka settlements. He carried out artillery shelling of the areas of Hryanikyvka, Masyutivka, Kupiansk, Krokhmalne, Novoselivske settlements.
Yesterday, as a result of shelling in Vovchansk, at least 4 private houses and farm buildings were damaged.
At night, as a result of artillery shelling in Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district, the building of the fire-rescue unit and 2 rescue vehicles were damaged.
A 41-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man were hospitalized with shrapnel wounds in Hryanikyvka, Kupiansk district.
In the village A snowplow of the Izyum district was blown up by an anti-personnel mine «Peliustka» and a local resident, a 40-year-old man, was injured. Hospitalized in moderate condition.
Zaporizhzhia Region
During the past day, the occupiers shelled the civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Charivne, Zaliznychne, Yurkivka, Zarichne, Orikhiv, Gulyaipilske, Gulyaipole, Novodanylivka, Bilohirya, Olhivske, Mala Tokmachka, Poltavka, Novoandriivka, Staroukrainka, Malynivka, Kamianske, Stepnohirsk.
46 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling
Kherson Region
During yesterday, the enemy carried out 93 shellings, firing 412 shells from heavy artillery and «Hrad».
More than 30 settlements were shelled. Among them are Zolota Balka, Havrylivka, Kachkarivka, Novosilka, Kozatske, Ivanivka, Beryslav, Zelenivka, Blahovishchenske, Inzhenerne, Kherson, Dniprovske and Komysany.
The enemy shelled the city of Kherson 4 times.
13 shells hit residential quarters, private and apartment buildings.
Unfortunately, there are victims among the civilian population – 1 person died, 6 were injured.
88 people were evacuated from the de-occupied territory of the region.
In one of the settlements of the Dariivka community, the Russians attacked a brigade of energy workers. During the enemy shelling, specialists performed emergency recovery work. According to preliminary information, one electrician was injured.
Four pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service and a civilian blew themselves up with Russian explosives in the village of Posad-Pokrovske. The injured rescuers were hospitalized. All victims are in a moderate condition.
A local resident was blown up in a field by an anti-tank mine, he was in a car. The man died on the spot.

Kuleba named the number of countries that will work together to create a special tribunal for Russia
Already 32 countries of the world have supported the creation of a special tribunal for Russia for crimes in Ukraine.
Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba announced that the number of countries supporting the creation of a special tribunal for Russia has increased to 32.
He wrote about it on his Twitter.
«Two more countries have joined the Coalition to Create a Special Tribunal for Crimes of Aggression Against Ukraine. 32 countries are now working together to bring Russia’s top political and military leadership to justice. Putin and his accomplices will stand trial,» Kuleba wrote.
It should be noted that a week ago, after Greece joined this coalition, the head of the Foreign Ministry said that 30 countries are ready to work on a special tribunal for the Russian Federation. Kuleba did not say which countries have joined the group now.
Note that the first meeting of the coalition of states took place on January 26, when 21 countries took part in the discussion. The next meeting is scheduled for March 21-22 in Strasbourg.
