Luhansk Region
In the Kupiansk and Lyman directions on the last day of winter, the enemy took offensive actions in the areas of Makiivka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Shypylivka and Bilohorivka, but had no success.
The Russians also carried out artillery shelling of Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Dibrova and Bilohrivka.
The situation in the region remains tense.
Donetsk Region
In the morning – aerial rocket shelling of the center of Avdiivka, massive artillery shelling of the old part. Information on the damage of the destruction and the injured is being established. Yesterday, shelling did not stop along the entire front line – Vuhledar, Mariinka, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Siversk, Lyman.
Enemy activation in the area of Ocheretyn community: during the day shelling from heavy artillery and MLRS, three rocket airstrikes on the settlements of Tonenke and Lastochkine (as a result of which 2 people died in the village of Lastochkine, at least 15 houses were destroyed and damaged, the building of the territorial center and apartment in the village of Tonenke was destroyed).
At night – shelling of positions along the line of operations, artillery shelling of the village of Ocheretyne, rocket shelling of the village of Orlivka. Three houses were damaged. There are no casualties among civilians.
During the day, the villages of Dubovo-Vasylivka and Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Vasyukivka, Fedorivka, Rozdolivka of the Soledar community were shelled. there is no communication, information about the victims is being clarified.
The previous evening – artillery shelling of the industrial part of the city and the Avdiivka coke chemical plant. At night, only single arrivals in the city were recorded. On the defense line around Avdiivka, shelling continued almost all night. Assault actions of the enemy in the directions of Krasnohorivka, Vesele, Kamianka, Vodyane, Pervomaiske and Nevelske.
In the Donetsk region: three dead, four injured in a day.
Sumy Region
Yesterday during the day the Russians fired at seven territorial communities of the region: Bilopillia, Nova Sloboda, Seredyno-Budsk, Krasnopillia, Esman, Velyka Pysarivka. 106 arrivals were recorded.
In the afternoon in the village. Oleksandrivka of the Velyka Pysarivka community from a hostile UAV on a private dwelling house dropped two explosive shells. The house is damaged.
As a result of shelling, it is likely that the mortar on the village Starikove Shalyhyne community was damaged yesterday, three dwellings were damaged, one destroyed. In other communities – without consequences.
Kharkiv Region
This morning, the enemy fired on the city of Chuhuiv. The 5-storey apartment building is damaged, the apartment on the second floor burns. Rescuers work in place. Previously, without the victims.
In the Slobozhanske direction, the enemy performed mortar and artillery shelling of the settlements of Hatyshche, Strileche, Morokhovets, Lukyantsi, Ternove, Vovchansk, Potykhonove, Komisarove, Vilkhuvatka, Tykhe, Ustynivka and Anyskine.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy beat the artillery on the settlements of the Dvorichne, Hrianyvka, Zapadne, Lyman Pershyi, Holubivka, Kurylivka, Pishchane, Kyslivka and Tabaivka.
Yesterday afternoon the enemy fired at Kupiansk again. Damage was to a nursery building and 2 residential buildings, and the building of the 44th Fire and Rescue Unit of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine was also injured. A 63-year-old man was killed in Kupiansk City Park of Culture and Recreation of Kupiansk.
As a result of yesterday’s shelling, Vovchansk of the Chuhuiv district was damaged by an apartment building.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
At night, Russian terrorists beat in the area of Nikopol region eight times. Nikopol, Marhanets, Myrove and Chervonohryhorivka communities were fired from heavy artillery. In Nikopol itself, transport and three industrial enterprises, road canvas, and power transmission were damaged. In the Myrove community – the destruction of the agricultural firm and the store. Half a dozen buildings and outbuildings, cars, and scooters are beaten. Damaged power grid and gas gun.
Rescuers work in the rest of the territories and establish the effects of attacks. Without victims. The effects of shelling are still being clarified. Yesterday in the evening the aggressor also directed heavy artillery towards Nikopol. There are no dead and wounded.
Zaporizhzhia Region
During the last day, the invaders fired at civilian infrastructure in the area of settlements Gulyaipole, Charivne, Gulyaipole, Shevchenkove, Mala Tokmachka, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Novodanylivka, Olhivske, Novoandriivka, Bilohirya, Chervone, Stepnohirsk, Kamianske, Stepove, Mali Shcherbaki.
There were 15 reports on the destruction of houses (apartments) and objects as a result of shelling. Other consequences are established.
Kherson Region
The settlements of the region, located on the right bank of the Dnipro River, suffer from the artillery fire of the Russian occupying forces. During the day, the Russian army fired artillery at the homes of peaceful residents of Kherson.
A 71-year-old citizen was mortally wounded by fragments of enemy shells on Pryvokzalna Street. A 72-year-old passer-by was seriously injured on Maria Fortus Street. Doctors are fighting for his life.
Rescuers had to rescue a woman who lived on Kupetska Street from the ruins of her own house. Doctors are doing everything possible to save her.
A 45-year-old man from the village of Komishany also died. The injuries were numerous and severe: the victim died in the hospital’s reception department. Another person was wounded in Bilozersk, two in the village of Vesele. A 68-year-old woman died in the village of Mykolaivka due to shelling. In total, due to Russian aggression, 5 people died, 7 were injured of varying degrees of severity.
A 58-year-old local resident came across a Russian mine near the village of Davydiv Brid of the Velyka Oleksandrivska community. As a result of the explosion, the man was left without part of his right leg. The victim was taken to a local hospital. Now doctors are fighting for his life.
A 49-year-old man decided to disassemble an unknown explosive device at home in the village of Blahodatne of the Bilozersk community. It detonated, the man died in the ambulance from his injuries.
In the evening in Kherson, Russian artillery damaged power lines, causing a number of substations to lose power. A part of the city remained without light.

One of the Chinese companies supplied the Russian Federation with parts for the Iranian drone program.
China has largely supported Russia’s war against Ukraine from the very beginning, even if it did not provide lethal weapons. Beijing, in particular, spreads Kremlin propaganda and uses its own disinformation «to support the Russian war and baselessly blame the West, the US and NATO.»
This was announced by the US State Department, CNN reports.
«We see that China is strengthening its economic interaction and increasing purchases from Russia,» said US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Kritenbrinkwin.
The Ministry of Finance informed journalists that the United States has already blacklisted a group of Chinese companies for supporting Russia.
«Thirteen Chinese entities have also been added to the US Commerce Department’s list of entities providing support to Russia, including one that supplied parts for Iran’s drone program,» said US Commerce Department Under Secretary for Industry and Security Alan Esteves.
The American official emphasized that the US will very quickly put the company on the list of restrictions if its connections with the Russian Federation are proven.
«We’re looking at all third parties, but especially China in that sense,» Esteves added.
