Donetsk Region
During the day, shelling of the entire front line. At night, the occupiers destroyed two schools – in Kramatorsk and Kostyantynivka. In addition, they fired at the industrial part of Kramatorsk.
Considerable damage was done to Bakhmut: the central part of the city was again shelled there. An enemy rocket flew into the yard of a private house in Toretsk. Fortunately, it did not explode. In addition, the Rashists fired cluster munitions at Ivanivka of the Cherkasy community and damaged a private house. Within a day, one person died, 5 civilians were wounded.
Sumy Region
Yesterday, the Russians again shelled the region – Shalyhyne, Esman, Bilopillia communities. In the evening, the Russians opened fire on the Nova Sloboda community with multiple rocket launchers, fortunately without casualties. Information about the consequences is being clarified.
Kharkiv Region
At night, the occupiers attacked the Chuhuiv district, as a result of the shelling, the building of the water treatment complex of the utility company was partially destroyed, and there were no casualties.
During the day, the enemy shelled Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, Bohodukhiv and Izyumi districts. As a result of the shelling, infrastructure facilities were destroyed, private homes, garbage dumps, and wheat fields burned. In a day in the region: 11 victims of Russian aggression, three dead, among them a 13-year-old child.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy again shelled the Nikopol district. Hit from «Hrad» on Chervonohryhorivka community. In advance, without victims and destruction.
Mykolayiv Region
At night, the Russian occupiers fired seven S-300 missiles at Mykolayiv. According to preliminary information, it is known that the infrastructure facility, gas station, gas pipeline and warehouse were hit. At this time, it is known about one victim. Detailed information is being clarified.

Kherson Region
At night, there were loud explosions and gunshots in the Kherson region. It was loud in Chornobayivka and in most of Beryslav district. Dozens of villages in the Velyka Oleksandrivska, Kalynivka, Nova Vorontsovka and other territories suffered shelling again, almost all the houses in the occupied villages were damaged. As a result of constant fighting in the region, fields with crops and forest areas continue to burn. According to official information, more than 230 hectares of wheat in the Beryslav and Henichesk districts, as well as about 10 hectares of forest near the city of Oleshky, burned in just the last few days.

The court in The Hague is preparing to consider the first case on Russian war crimes – Bloomberg
Captured Russians suspected of crimes during the invasion of Ukraine may soon be sent to The Hague – according to Bloomberg, negotiations are already underway.
The International Criminal Court in The Hague (Netherlands) intends to file its first case against Russia’s alleged war crimes in Ukraine this winter.
This is reported by Bloomberg.
According to informed sources, the first case may be presented before the end of the year or early next year. The final date of the hearing has not yet been set, as time is needed to prepare the case.
The publication recalled that in March 2022, a joint investigative group was created, which includes representatives of several European judicial bodies, to collect evidence of alleged Russian crimes in Ukraine. The Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) is a member of the investigative team, whose work is supported by the European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation.
In addition, the International Criminal Court and Ukraine are negotiating the delivery by Kyiv of at least one Russian prisoner of war to the court in The Hague. He may be willing to testify against high-ranking Russian commanders.
After Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights recorded more than 11,500 civilian casualties. As of July 12, at least 5,024 civilians had been killed, including about 300 children, but the actual numbers may be much higher.
The Russian occupiers are accused of attacking civilian buildings and committing atrocities in a number of Ukrainian cities, such as Bucha, where mass graves and victims with signs of torture and execution have been found.
