Luhansk Region
The Russians once again resorted to missile terror, shelling populated areas twice. Two more times they carried out artillery fire, and also involved mortars. Drones were used repeatedly. The Armed Forces of Ukraine stopped the Russians’ assault in six areas. The occupiers were forced to leave, in particular, in the Verkhnokamyanske district.
Donetsk Region
During the day, Soledar, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Siversk, the village of Vesele, the village of Opytne, and the village of Pervomaiske were shelled. During the night and morning, the Russians shelled Hirnyk, the village of Kurakhivka, and the village of Hostryi; village of Yablunivka, Kramatorsk district. In Bakhmut, as a result of shelling, a hotel and other buildings were damaged, according to preliminary information, there are victims.
Intensive shelling of Krasnohorivka continues. The region remains without gas and partly without water and electricity. Evacuation of the population continues. In one day, one person was killed and one was injured in the Donetsk region.
Sumy Region
During the day, the enemy shelled the border communities of the Sumy region. In the Krasnopillia and Esman communities there were shellings yesterday evening, in both cases there were no victims. At night, the enemy shelled the communities of Velyka Pysarivka and Hlukhiv communities with mortars and «Hrad». Without victims and destruction.
Kharkiv Region
As of 04:35 in the city of Kharkiv in the Industrial District, several cars were on fire as a result of shelling. The building of the critical infrastructure facility was partially destroyed. This morning in the Chuhuiv district, a forest college was hit. As a result of shelling, a three-story administrative building was partially destroyed. Preliminary – there are no victims or victims. In the evening, there were also hits in Kharkiv districts – Cherkasy, Lozova and Tsirkuny. Private houses were burning. No casualties.
During the day, the Bohodukhiv and Chuhuiv districts were shelled, damaged residential buildings, and in Zolochiv – premises of a farm.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy fired again in the Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih districts. In the Nikopol district, the city of Marganets was hit by the «Hrad». One woman was injured and hospitalized. In the city, eight five-story buildings, a hospital, a kindergarten, several shopping stalls and the transport of an industrial enterprise were damaged.
In the Kryvyi Rih district, the enemy hit the Zelenodolsk community with barrel artillery. In the village of Velyka Kostromka, the power grid was damaged. People were not affected.
Mykolayiv Region
Mykolayiv was shelled again this morning. According to preliminary information, the victims were in an industrial zone and a repair enterprise. A building and a private vehicle were also damaged. Previously, there were no victims. Detailed information is being clarified.
In the Mykolayiv region, the village of Vesnyane was shelled at night, as a result of which a fire broke out in an economic building. About eight private residential buildings and private motor vehicles were also damaged. Bashtan district: at night there were shellings outside the village. Wide. There are no casualties.
Shelling of territories and nearby settlements of the Berezneguvate community along the demarcation line continues. Also during the past day, the village came under fire Lepetykha and Kavkaz of the Berezneguvate community. There is no information about the victims. Damaged residential buildings.
Kherson Region
The situation in the region and Kherson itself is difficult; explosions were heard during the past day. Every day it becomes more difficult to leave the region and enter the Kherson region. Some enthusiastic utility companies of Kherson, in particular, Vodokanal, began to send new details and invoices for payment of services. They will also announce new fares for public transport from August 1. An announcement is being sent to teachers about the collection of Russian-language literature and symbols for schools in the occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
UKRAINE: The Verkhovna Rada supported the appointment of Andrii Kostin as the new Prosecutor General of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian band «Okean Elzy,» has released a music video for the new composition «Kvity Minnykh Zon» («Flowers of Mine Zones»).
The band «Okean Elsy» led by soloist Svyatoslav Vakarchuk, a former member of the Ukrainian parliament who has a PhD in physic, released the composition «Flowers of Mine Zones» and an emotional music video for it.
This song was written several years ago and was supposed to be included in Okean Elsy’s new album in April 2022. The video was shot a few weeks ago. In particular, it contains documentary footage on Donbas.
According to the idea, events in two dimensions take place simultaneously in the frame – life in the rear and combat operations on the fronts of the war for freedom and independence of Ukraine.
