At the UFC 328 tournament in the USA, Ukrainian mixed martial artist Yaroslav Amosov defeated Spaniard Joel Alvarez. The bout ended in the second round after a chokehold.

Ukrainian MMA fighter Yaroslav Amosov earned his second consecutive victory in the UFC. At the UFC 328 tournament, which took place in Newark, the Ukrainian defeated experienced Spanish fighter Joel Alvarez.

The fight ended in the second round. The 32-year-old Amosov performed a chokehold, after which the opponent was forced to submit.

After the bout, the Ukrainian stated that he was satisfied with the result but believes he can perform even better.

"It was a good fight, but I know I can be even better. I am an MMA fighter: I can strike, I can wrestle, I can do everything. I want to fight those who win. It makes sense," Amosov said.

For Alvarez, this defeat was only his second in the last seven years.
