The body of the woman was found in a pond in the «Altai Lakes» park (locally named «Altaiski Ozera»). Lviv police are establishing the circumstances of her death. The woman turned out to be a 19-year-old from Lviv, whose relatives reported her disappearance to the police tonight.
«Today, October 27, at about 12.15 pm, the operational line 102 received a report that a human body was found in a pond in the park known as «Altai Lakes» on Henerala Chuprynky Street in Lviv. The information was confirmed – in a pond, at a depth of several metres, police officers found a body, which was soon raised to the surface by rescue divers.
The identity of the deceased has been established – she turned out to be a 19-year-old Lviv resident, whose relatives reported her disappearance to the police last night,» the police said.
Upon the fact, investigators of the Lviv District Police Department №2 opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 115 (Intentional Murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the note «disappeared».
Police are establishing the circumstances of the girl’s death.
We will remind you that the Lviv District Police Department №2 has declared missing 19-year-old Anastasia Stakhiv, who left home today, October 27, at about 2 am on the street Hlyboka and did not return.
