Yesterday evening, September 29, a beauty contest «Miss Lviv 2021» was held in «Lviv Theatre of Opera and Ballet, named after Solomiia Krushelnytska.»
The title of the winner in the contest and most beautiful Lviv female resident was given to Veronika Beniakh.
Traditionally for the beauty contest «Miss Lviv 2021», the participants entered the stage several times.
The organisers promised to direct all the money earned from sold tickets to the charity. In particular, they want to help patients of the Saint Nicholas Rehabilitation Centre, where children with Cerebral palsy and Down syndrome live. There is a plan to equip an inclusive bathroom there.
In total, twelve participants competed for the title of Miss Lviv 2021. The youngest was 17 years old, the oldest was 24. Among the participants of this year’s beauty contest were models, students, SMM managers, and an IT-company recruiter.
We will remind, on the eve of the contest Miss Lviv 2021, participants carried out the photo project «More than just beautiful». The participants took to the streets with posters «We are equal», «I am a manager, an accountant, an IT specialist, a marketer, and you only look at the body», «I speak four languages», and so on. The contestants wanted to convey that the Miss Lviv contest is not only about external beauty, but also about strong personalities, high achievements, and a stable internal position.
