Desertion among the occupiers is becoming massive – the invaders are fleeing the army even on the way to Ukraine. This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine with reference to the story of a captured Russian technician. His main task was to remove faulty Russian military vehicles from Ukrainian territory.

He made several «walks» from the Crimea to the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions and saw well the scale of desertion.

«A lot of people run away on the road, nobody tells anyone. Even the armed forces are against. We are threatened with 7 years in prison, and this is the only thing that keeps us going,» – the captured occupier admits.

According to him, the Russian Federal Security Service, whose officers are attached to each battalion-tactical reconnaissance group, is powerless here. They simply removed themselves, he continues, do not give specific tasks, but talk about something individually.
