Luhansk Region
In the Lyman direction, during the past day, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions near Bilohorivka.
Novoselivske, Makiivka, Nevske and Bilohorivka came under enemy fire.
There are no fewer cases of non-zonal arrest of adult civilians in occupied territories. Thus, the occupiers illegally deprived them of their liberty and are holding them in the pre-trial detention center of the city of Luhansk, three residents of the Nizhnoduvansk community in the Svatove region.
The enemy continues to use the medical facilities of the temporarily captured territories for their own purposes. In particular, the building of the primary health care center in Novopskov and the paramedic-midwifery center in Kryakivka. At the same time, in order to increase the number of beds in Kryakivka, the invaders additionally deployed a tent city. The situation in the region remains tense.
Donetsk Region
In the region as a result of the actions of the Russian Federation – one person died, 8 were injured in a day.
During the day, there were 20 shellings of populated areas in the region with the use of S-300 air defense systems, Smerch, Hurricane, and artillery. Shelled: Kurakhove, Druzhkivka, Avdiivka, Kostyantynivka, Toretsk, Bakhmut, Ocheretyne village, Zhelanne village, Predtechine village, Maksimilianivka, Novokalynove village, Karlivka village. 9 residential buildings, one of them multi-apartment, 3 industrial facilities, kindergartens, and farm buildings were damaged.
Sumy Region
This morning the Russians shelled the Bilopillia community with mortars. No consequences.
Yesterday, during the day, the Russians shelled 9 border communities – Bilopillia, Nova Sloboda, Seredyno-Buda, Myropillia, Khotyn, Yunakiv, Znob-Novhorod, Shalyhyne, Esman. 91 arrivals were recorded – from mortars, artillery, UAV dropping explosive devices of the VOG type. There is destruction. A private non-residential building was damaged in the Bilopol community as a result of mortar shelling by the Russian Federation, and 2 private houses were damaged in the Novoslobid community.
In the Khotyn community, the Russians dropped one mine and damaged the warehouse of a local agricultural company.
It passed without human casualties.
Kharkiv Region
The enemy shelled the settlements of Veterynarne, Hlyboke, Gatishche, Vovchansk, Zybyne, Volohivka, Okhrimivka, Chernyakiv, Komisarov, Budarki, and Dovzhanka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the settlements of Kolodyazne, Kamianka, Topoli, Krasne Pershe, Ridkodub, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Kindrashivka, Pischane and Berestov came under enemy fire.
Yesterday, as a result of shelling in the city of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district, at least 4 residential buildings and a road surface were damaged.
As a result of the fall of the Russian UAV, a fire broke out on an area of 10 hectares in a field 7 km from the village. Shebelinka of the Izyum district.
In the village A 62-year-old woman was wounded in Kindrasivka of the Kupiansk district by snipers with «Hrad» rocket launchers.
Near the village A 32-year-old tractor, hospitalized, was blown up by an unknown explosive device during field work in Podobivka, Kupiansk district.
In the village a 48-year-old man stepped on a mine in his own yard in Rubizhne, Chuhuiv district. Hospitalized with an injury.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The Nikopol region suffered again from enemy shelling yesterday. The Marhanets community came under artillery fire twice, there was destruction. A private house was damaged. Survey of territories continues. People were not injured.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Rashists continue to raid peaceful towns and villages on the demarcation line.
Komyshuvakha, Kamianske, Mala Tokmachka, Zaliznychne, Malynivka and 12 more settlements came under attack. Two airstrikes, one UAV attack, two strikes with the use of MLRS and 36 artillery strikes per day. The number of victims and wounded has passed.
Kherson Region
During yesterday, the enemy carried out 35 shellings, firing 170 shells from heavy artillery and aviation.
The enemy shelled the city of Kherson 5 times.
The Russian military targeted the residential quarters of the populated areas of the region; a church, a power line, the territory of the port in the city of Kherson were damaged; enterprises in the village of Dniprovske and in the city of Beryslav.
One person died as a result of enemy shelling.
109 people were evacuated from the de-occupied territory of the region last day.

On Tuesday, April 11, a video of the Russian occupiers brutally torturing a Ukrainian prisoner and cutting off his head appeared on the Internet. The Security Service of Ukraine started a pre-trial investigation into the fact of the crime.
This was reported by the Security Service of Ukraine press service.
«We will find these inhumans. If necessary, we will get them wherever they are: from underground or from the other world. But they will definitely be punished for what they have done,» emphasized the head of the Security Service of Ukraine, Vasyl Malyuk.
It is noted that the Security Service of Ukraine has started a pre-trial investigation of this war crime under Part 2 of Art. 438 (Violation of laws and customs of war) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
