Luhansk Region
South of Dibrova and near Bilohorivka, the enemy tried to attack last day. Novoselivske, Stelmakhivka, Nevske and Bilohorivka were subjected to artillery fire from the enemy. The situation in the region remains difficult.
Donetsk Region
9 dead, 22 injured in one day in the region. Among the dead is a two-year-old child. During the day, the Russians carried out a massive missile attack on three cities of the region – Kostyantynivka, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk. In Kostyantynivka and Kramatorsk, the infrastructure was damaged: a hospital, a school, high-rise and private residential buildings, but there were no casualties. In Sloviansk – 9 dead, 21 wounded, numerous destructions.
The enemy also shelled the populated areas of the region with «Hurricane» and «Hrad» MLRS, artillery, and mortars. Under fire: Avdiivka (residential sector), Kostyantynivka (territory of a psychiatric hospital), Kramatorsk (residential sector, school), Sloviansk (residential sector, recreation center, school), Chasiv Yar – 1 (surroundings), Ocheretyne township (residential sector), Vremivka village (residential sector), Karlivka village (surroundings), Myrne village (house of culture).
Sumy Region
Yesterday, during the day, the Russians shelled the Seredyno-Buda community: they fired mortars, as well as enemy unmanned aerial vehicles. 6 explosive devices of the VOG type were dropped in the city of Seredyno-Buda. One private home and three cars were damaged.
At night and in the morning, the enemy shelled 5 community – Bilopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Yunakiv, Znob-Novhorod, and Nova Sloboda. In the Bilopillia community, shelling was carried out with «Hrad» rocket launchers, the premises of the Bilopillia gas industry workshop of PJSC «Sumygaz» were damaged, as a result of which one person was injured. The man was hospitalized at the Bilopillia Central Hospital.
Kharkiv Region
In the Slobozhansk direction, the enemy shelled the settlements of Kozacha Lopan, Tokarivka, Mali Prohody, Strilecha, Lukyantsi, Neskuchne, Staritsa, Vovchansk, Nesterne and Zemlianka. In the Kupiansk direction, Stroivka, Dvorichanske, Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Lyman Pershyi, Kindrashivka, Masyutivka, Tabaivka, and Berestove came under enemy fire.
During the day, the enemy massively shelled the town of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district; a medical facility was damaged, a 62-year-old employee of the facility was injured and was hospitalized in a moderate condition.
In the city of Vovchansk, one private house was destroyed by shelling, 4 more houses and farm buildings were damaged. In the field between the villages of Cherneshchyna and Stepove of the Izyum district yesterday, a 44-year-old electrician from the village of Borova was blown up and injured during restoration work. Hospitalized in moderate condition. In Izyum, a 29-year-old woman was blown up by an explosive device (previously PFM-1) while cleaning the market. Hospitalized in moderate condition.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
At night, the aggressor struck the Nikopol district – Myrove community. 10 shells flew there from heavy artillery. It passed without casualties or injuries. Now the rescuers are examining the territory and finding out the consequences of the shelling.
Zaporizhzhia Region
15 villages and towns on the contact line came under enemy fire in the Zaporizhzhia region over the past day. The occupier launched 55 artillery strikes, four airstrikes, one attack by UAVs and one by MLRS. The enemy attacked the residential sector: once again, he destroyed private houses, apartments, cars, and objects of social infrastructure. So far, 16 reports of destruction have been recorded. Fortunately, no one was hurt.
Kherson Region
During the day, the enemy launched 96 shellings in the Kherson region, firing 447 shells from heavy artillery and UAVs. The enemy shelled the city of Kherson 9 times. As a result of Russian aggression, 8 people were injured. 47 people were evacuated from the de-occupied territory of the region. A stationary service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was opened in Velyka Oleksandrivka.

Russian occupation forces continue to pose a threat to the Zaporizhia nuclear power plant in the temporarily occupied Energodar.
This is stated in a new report of the American Institute for the Study of War.
Analysts, referring to the statement of IAEA director Rafael Grossi, write that the dependence of ZNPP on one capacity continues to pose a great risk. What’s more, IAEA representatives regularly report shelling near the occupied nuclear plant.
«On April 8 and 12, two mines were detonated near the perimeter of the ZNPP. Russian officials are preparing to transfer one of the two ZNPP reactors, which are currently in a «hot shutdown» mode, to a «cold shutdown» mode, and that the Kakhovka reservoir is currently two meters above the minimum required for cooling the ZNPP», ISW emphasizes, quoting the head of the IAEA.
Grossi also reported that a third of the initial staff of the ZNPP left, and the rest either signed contracts with the Russian state energy company Rosenergoatom, or kept their jobs at the Ukrainian state energy company Energoatom.
