Luhansk Region
In the Luhansk region, during the previous day, the Russians unsuccessfully tried to break through the defense of our troops. They carried out unsuccessful offensive actions in the direction of Bilohorivka.
The Russians shelled seven settlements in the Luhansk region. These are Novoselivske, Makiivka, Nevske, Dibrova, Bilohorivka, Zolotarivka and Chervonopopivka. The situation remains tense.
Donetsk Region
In the Donetsk region, the enemy struck Kostyantynivka at midnight. The type of weapon is set. Six private houses were damaged. One person is injured. This morning, the village of Galytsynivka, Novohrodivska community, was shelled from rocket fire systems. The school building was damaged. No casualties.
Yesterday, the enemy used missiles (the type is not established), «X-58», mortars, artillery, «Grad» systems, carried out airstrikes and struck with S300 air defense systems. Kramatorsk, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Kostyantynivka, Chasiv Yar, Kurakhove, the village of Dachne, the village of Vremivka, the village of Orlivka, the village of Velyka Novosilka, the village of Aleksandro-Shultine, the village of Severne, the village of Prychistivka, and the village of Zvanivka were under fire. Nineteen residential buildings (ten of which are high-rise buildings), the Sady Donbas LLC building, a kindergarten, two civilian cars, the premises of Oschadbank, a museum, and two office premises were damaged. One person died and sixteen were injured during the day.
Sumy Region
That night, the Russians shelled the Znob-Novhorod community of the Sumy region with barrel artillery – six «arrivals». No consequences. Yesterday, during the day, the Russians shelled the territories of three communities: Bilopillia, Shalyhyne, and Seredyno-Budsk. Six enemy attacks from various types of weapons were recorded – fifty-one shots. In the morning, rockets were fired from a helicopter into the Seredyno-Budsk community – five «parishes» on the outskirts of the city of Seredyno-Budsk. A private residential building was damaged. Yesterday, throughout the day, the Russians fired from AGS, mortars and artillery on the territory of Bilopillia community. The Shalyhyne community was under artillery shelling from self-propelled guns, according to a message from the Regional Military Administration.
Kharkiv Region
In the Kharkiv region, in the Slobozhansk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of fifteen settlements. Among them are Huryiv Kozachok, Kozacha Lopan, Hraniv, Hlyboke, Krasne and Bolohivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy unsuccessfully tried to break through the defense of our troops. The occupiers fired artillery at four settlements along the contact line: Dvorichna, Hryanikyvka, Masyutivka, and Krokhmalne. During the day, the enemy massively shelled Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district. The buildings of the fire and rescue department, enterprises, a medical institution, as well as residential buildings were damaged.
Yesterday in the city of Vovchansk, a projectile hit a car, a 55-year-old woman who was in the car died on the spot. The 47-year-old driver received shrapnel wounds and was hospitalized. Also yesterday, the Russians shelled private residential buildings and infrastructure facilities in the village. Kolodyazne of the Kupiansk district. A 42-year-old civilian died. A 58-year-old civilian received a shrapnel wound in Dvorichna village. They provided medical assistance on the spot. A 53-year-old tractor driver was blown up by an explosive device in Vovchy Yar, Izyum district. He was hospitalized with shrapnel wounds in a state of moderate severity.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
Yesterday, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, the enemy shelled the Nikopol district from morning to evening. The occupiers attacked the area with heavy artillery and unmanned aerial vehicles. Pokrovsk, Nikopol and Marhanets communities were affected. There were no casualties.
Businesses and houses were damaged. In the Pokrovsk community, a farm building and a car caught fire due to shelling. Firefighters extinguished the fire. A shop and a private enterprise, ten houses and five farm buildings, a minibus, and cars were damaged. Broken gas pipelines and power lines. A private enterprise and six houses were damaged in Nikopol. In the Marhanets community, the consequences of the shelling are still being determined. Yesterday afternoon, an enemy drone was shot down over the region.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled the civilian infrastructure of the Zaporizhia region in the area of the settlements of Kamianske, Gulyaipole, Novoandriivka, Preobrazhenka, Olhivske, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Zaporizhzhia, Novoivanivka, Bilohirya, Orikhiv, Stepove, Mali Shcherbaki, Pavlivka. Nine reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure facilities.
Kherson Region
In the Kherson region, the districts of Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, Kachkarivka, Vesele, Ivanivka, Mykilske, Antonivka, Zelenivka, Dniprovske, Berehove and the city of Kherson were shelled last day. The enemy launched seventy-eight attacks, firing 396 shells from heavy artillery and «Grads». The enemy shelled Kherson seven times. More than twenty shells hit residential quarters, private and apartment buildings, and the territory of the enterprise. Four people were injured. The enemy fired at the St. Nicholas Church in the Naftogawani district in Kherson. 74 people were evacuated from the de-occupied territory of the region.

In Russia, restrictions on foreign travel for public sector workers may be further tightened.
Russia is introducing increasingly strict restrictions on the travel of civil servants abroad, reminiscent of the bans of the USSR. Since the beginning of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, Russian civil servants and employees have been subject to increasingly strict restrictions on travel abroad. Some officials were probably deprived of their passports by the FSB.

The employees of the central authorities are also facing more and more strict restrictions. In particular, Kremlin officials are prohibited from all foreign vacation trips. Similar measures date back to Soviet times. And travel restrictions were tightened after the occupation of Crimea by the Russian Federation in 2014.
