Kyiv Region
The night air alert due to the drone attack lasted more than three hours. Anti-aircraft defense worked, no hits, preliminary injuries, or the consequences of falling debris have not been recorded, according to the summary from Regional Military Administration as of this morning.
Luhansk Region
Stelmakhivka, Nevske, Dibrova and Bilogorivka were once again subjected to artillery shelling by the occupiers. The enemy tried to improve the tactical position in the Serebryansk Forestry area, but his offensive actions, thanks to our fighters, did not bring success.
Donetsk Region
At night, the Russians carried out a missile attack on the Kostyantynivka industrial zone. Previously – C300. There are no casualties among civilians. The data is being verified.
During the day, the following were fired upon: Avdiivka, Bakhmut, the village of Zarichne, the village of New York, the village of Ocheretyne, the village of Netaylove, Chasiv Yar, Velyka Novosilka village.
During the day, one civilian was killed and one was wounded in the region.
Sumy Region
At night, the enemy fired artillery on the territory of the Bilopillia community. There was no information about the victims, the destruction of infrastructure facilities. The data is being verified. Yesterday, during the day, the Russians shelled two border communities – Velyka Pysarivka and Bilopillia. 44 «arrivals» from mortars, artillery, and grenade launchers were recorded. Fortunately, without consequences.
Kharkiv Region
In the Slobozhansk direction, the enemy shelled the settlements of Kozacha Lopan, Hoptivka, Neskuchne, and Khatne. Krasne Pershe, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne and Berestove came under enemy fire in the Kupiansk direction.
Yesterday evening, the enemy shelled the city of Kupiansk with artillery, at least two private houses were damaged, and fires broke out. Also in the evening, the enemy fired artillery at the city of Vovchansk, Chuhuiv district. There is damage to economic buildings. During the day, the village was under mortar and artillery fire. Kucherivka and Dvorichna village of Kupiansk district.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy shelled the Nikopol district with heavy artillery at night. Hit the Myrove community. No one was injured. Yesterday, the Russian army targeted the Velyka Mykhailivka community of the Synelnykove district. The enemy hit it with heavy artillery. No deaths or injuries.
Zaporizhzhia Region
The enemy launched 75 attacks on 18 peaceful towns and villages, including three air strikes, four UAV attacks, two from rocket salvo systems and 66 artillery attacks. 15 civilian objects were destroyed: residential buildings and apartments, farm buildings, garages, warehouses of an educational institution. During the shelling of the village A man and a woman died in their own yard in Mala Tokmachka. In the village Kamianske was wounded during the shelling by a local resident.
Mykolayiv Region
Yesterday three times during the day, the enemy made artillery strikes on the water area and the coast of Ochakiv community. No casualties recorded. The town of Ochakiv was also hit by artillery fire yesterday evening, as a result of which private and apartment buildings were damaged. The hit was recorded on the territory of the infrastructure object. No casualties.
Kherson Region
Over the past day, the enemy launched 63 shellings in the Kherson region, firing 247 shells from heavy artillery, UAVs and aviation. The enemy shelled Kherson four times. As a result of Russian aggression, two civilians were killed and three were injured. 52 people were evacuated from the de-occupied territory of the region.
According to information from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian occupiers have strengthened the counter-intelligence regime in certain settlements of the Kherson region due to fear of leaking information about the location of their units. The number of patrols increased, checks on civilians became more frequent. At the same time, during such checks, the occupiers conduct surveys of citizens and offer them service in the Russian army.

G7 countries discuss near-total ban on exports to Russia – Bloomberg
According to the current conditions of economic pressure, any export to the Russian Federation is allowed, if no sanctions are imposed on the goods.
On the eve of the summit of the leaders of the Great Seven (G7), which will be held in May in Japan, Ukraine’s partners are discussing a ban on most exports to Russia. In this way, the United States and its allies seek to increase economic pressure on the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, due to the war unleashed by the Kremlin.
This is reported by Bloomberg with reference to its own sources.
According to the current conditions of economic pressure, any export to the Russian Federation is allowed, if no sanctions are imposed on the goods. The leaders of some G7 countries believe that this is not enough.
The introduced sanctions almost halved exports from the EU and G7 to Russia, and various goods – from electronics to luxury goods – came under restrictions. However, the aggressor state still receives $66 billion worth of goods from Europe, the United States, Canada and Japan, according to the Geneva-based Trade Data Monitor. The top three European exporters are Germany, Italy and Poland.
If the G7 leaders support restrictions on exports to Russia at the summit, then they will have to agree on which goods will still be allowed for sale in the Russian Federation. These are likely to include medicines and agricultural products, including food.
A serious obstacle to the implementation of an almost complete ban on exports to the Russian Federation may be the fact that in the EU such a decision will enter into force only when the new criteria are adopted by all member countries.
This could spark a heated debate given the likely backlash from companies still exporting to Russia, as well as the risk of retaliation from Moscow.
