Kyiv Region
Night air alarm was on for more than 2 hours. Air defense was working in the region.
As a result of falling debris, a nine-story residential building in the city of Ukrainka was hit. One child was injured, she was hospitalized.
Apartments on the 5th and 6th floors were damaged.
All services are working on the spot, the fire has been extinguished. All necessary assistance is provided.
Cherkasy Region
During the morning alarm (around 4:30) the enemy attacked Uman. Two cruise missiles hit residential buildings and warehouse buildings.
About 10 apartment buildings were damaged. As of 10:05, the police reported 10 dead.
The rescue operation is ongoing.
Luhansk Region
48 explosions occurred during the day near Novovodyane, Nevske, and Makiivka due to massive enemy fire. The occupiers targeted the fortifications of Ukrainian fighters.
The settlements of Novoselivske, Dibrova and Bilohorivka were under enemy fire last day.
Donetsk Region
The enemy fired 25 times during the day, 14 settlements came under fire. Among them are Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Kostyantynivka, Krasnohorivka, villages. Khromove, the village of Shakhtarske, the village of Ivanopillia, Kurakhove, Chasiv Yar.
14 residential buildings were damaged (8 of them multi-apartment), 3 premises of the city hospital, a school, a kindergarten, a power line, a garage,
2 farm buildings, 2 civilian cars.
In one day, one person was injured in the Donetsk region.
Sumy Region
On April 27, during the day, the Russians carried out 27 shelling of border communities. Territorial communities of Seredyno-Buda, Znob-Novhorod, Esman, Shalyhyne, Svesa, Bilopillia, Yunakiv, Khotyn and Myropillia came under fire. More than 130 mortars, artillery, grenade launchers, as well as rocket launches from the territory of the Russian Federation were recorded.
Kharkiv Region
In the Slobozhansk direction, the enemy carried out mortar and artillery attacks on the settlements of Basove, Buhaivka, Kozacha Lopan, Strilecha, Hlyboke, Hatyshche, Vovchansk, Vilkhuvatka, Bolohivka, Dvorichanske and Kolodyazne.
Kamianka, Krasne Pershe, Fiholivka, Novomlynsk, Dvorichna, Zapadne, Lyman Pershyi, Doroshivka and Berestove came under enemy fire in the Kupyansk direction.
As a result of shelling, houses in the village of Lyptsi were damaged Kharkiv district, and village Petropavlivka, Kupiansk district.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
This morning, the Russian army launched a massive attack on the Dnipropetrovsk region. Military personnel from the «Skhid» air command shot down 7 cruise missiles.
A private house was destroyed in Dnipro. A 2-year-old girl and a 31-year-old woman died. Three people were injured.
In the city, the building of a private enterprise was also destroyed as a result of the attack. The fire that broke out has already been extinguished.
The fire on the territory of the construction site was contained.
A 70-year-old woman was injured. Doctors helped her.
Also at night, the enemy shelled Chervonohryhorivka community of Nikopol district. No casualties. The consequences are clarified.
Zaporizhzhia Region
the enemy is hitting civilians. In Orikhiv, Gulyaipole, Novodanylivka, Preobrazhenka, Zaliznychne, Kamianske, the consequences of the attacks are recorded.
During the day, Russian troops carried out 90 attacks on 21 front-line settlements: 74 artillery strikes, 4 from MLRS and 12 attacks using UAVs.
There is destruction. No casualties or injuries.
Kherson Region
During the day, the enemy launched 61 attacks on the oblast, of which the enemy launched 6 attacks (39 shells) on the city of Kherson. The Russian military targeted the districts of 27 settlements in the region. Due to Russian aggression, 2 people died, 3 were injured.
The Russians shelled a residential quarter of Kherson. Due to the enemy attack, several apartments of Kherson residents were damaged. A 42-year-old man received non-life-threatening injuries.
Also, the enemy once again hit Kizomys of the Bilozerka community – five guided aerial bombs were dropped on the village. Information about the destruction and victims is being clarified.
The Russians shelled Odradokamyanka of the Tyahinka community; an elderly couple was injured. The enemy hit a residential building in the village at a time when there were peaceful people in the yard. A 60-year-old woman died of her injuries on the spot. Her 73-year-old husband was seriously injured. Doctors are fighting for the victim’s life.
94 people were evacuated from the de-occupied territory of the region.

Putin wants to evict people without Russian citizenship from the occupied territories
Putin issued a decree that allows the occupiers to evict people from their homes in the territories captured by the Russian army.
The corresponding document appeared on the website of the Kremlin.
As noted, the Russians can evict people who have not received Russian citizenship from the temporarily occupied territories. Putin signed this decree. According to it, stateless people become «foreigners».
According to the Russian Federation, such people can be expelled from the captured territories if they pose a threat to security.
We are talking about those who support the «violent change» of the foundations of the constitution of the Russian Federation, as well as those who plan or finance «terrorist attacks or extremist crimes.»
