Luhansk Region
At night, a rocket attack was made on the positions of our defenders in the direction of Bakhmut. Artillery shelling by the Russians was recorded seven times. In four cases, they used salvo fire installations. Mortar fire was opened six times. The enemy used a tank once.
Donetsk Region
At night – an attack on Slovyansk and Kostiantynivka. Information about the destruction and victims is being clarified.
Eight people were killed and seven were injured in the region during the day. Avdiivka, Krasnohorivka, Bakhmut, Mykolayivka, Petrivka and Tetyanivka were shelled. A multi-storey building, 17 private residential buildings, two workshops of Avdiivka Coke Plant, an economic building were damaged.
The region remains without gas and partly without water and electricity. Mandatory evacuation of the population continues.
Rivne Region
As a result of last night’s rocket attacks in the city of Sarna, there were no victims. The level of damages is established. Rescuers, police officers, Security Service of Ukraine and prosecutors completed their work at the scene. Strikes will be made on the object of military infrastructure.
Kharkiv Region
Yesterday evening – shelling of the center of Kharkiv (Kyiv district). A partially destroyed 3-story building. No casualties. In the morning, Kyiv district was shelled, probably with cluster shells. Private houses were damaged. Previously, one person was injured.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy shelled three districts – Nikopol, Synelnykove, and Dnipro. Nikopol, Marhanets and Chervonohryhorivka community came under fire. In Nikopol, 2,600 people were left without electricity. In Chervonohryhorivka, 15 houses, an enterprise, a church and power lines were damaged. In Marhanets, the extent of the destruction is being determined. Previously, there were no casualties everywhere.
Yesterday evening, one person was killed and five were injured due to shelling in Nikopol. Four of the wounded are in hospital. One is in serious condition. In the morning, Russian rockets arrived in the Synelnykove and Dnipro districts. The extent of the destruction and information about the victims is being ascertained.
Zaporizhzhia Region
On the night of August 29, the Russian army shelled Enerhodar in the Zaporizhzhia region. At least 10 local residents received numerous shrapnel wounds. Two victims were hospitalized in serious condition.
At least 20 cars parked near the houses on the street were destroyed and damaged.
Mykolayiv Region
Yesterday evening, the enemy hit the industrial infrastructure of the city of Mykolayiv with the «Hurricane» anti-aircraft missile system. There are no casualties. Also yesterday, as a result of enemy shelling, residential buildings were partially destroyed in Pervomaiske. There are no casualties.
As a result of yesterday’s shelling of the Shevchenkove community in the village of Lyubomyrivka, one person died, in the village of One person was seriously injured in Kotlyareve. Residential buildings were destroyed and damaged.
At night – artillery shelling of the village. Kotlyareve. Hitting two residential buildings and farm buildings. Information about the victims is being clarified. Yesterday evening, the enemy attacked the town of Ochakiv. Hitting mainly on the territory of the aqua zone. There are no casualties.
The Berezneguvate community remains under constant fire. Berezneguvate was shelled last night. This morning – the village of Vysunsk. Residential buildings were damaged as a result of shelling. There is no information about the victims.
During the yesterday, the Shyroke community was shelled. The village Chervona Dolyna was shelled at night. Residential buildings and agricultural buildings in households were damaged. There were also shelling outside the village Polyana. There are no casualties.
In the morning, shelling of the Shyroke community continues. Information on damage and victims is being clarified.
Kherson Region
At night there were loud and powerful explosions in Kherson. Also, explosions, aviation and automatic fire were observed during the past day in the Kherson region.
Missile and artillery units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine hit three control points of the Russian army in Kherson, Darivka, and a point of the 35th Russian army in Nova Kakhovka. In the evening, explosions rang out near Oleshky. Heavy fighting continues in Beryslav district.
Despite the great pressure and danger, residents of the region continue to express their pro-Ukrainian position. In particular, the people of Kherson together with the activists of the «Yellow Ribbon» continue to mark buildings that the occupation authorities and the Russian military are using for their own purposes. Patriotic appeals and Ukrainian symbols are also increasing in Kherson.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany commented on the situation with Nord Stream-1.
The consequences of Russia’s energy war are currently felt by every EU citizen, namely in Germany, in their own wallets. The social division of Europe is part of Russia’s war against Ukraine. And this should be prevented.
German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock stated this in an interview with Bild am Sonntag newspaper.
«We have a difficult path ahead of us, but it is part of our political responsibility to mitigate the social imbalance caused by high energy prices,» Baerbock said in the context of the discussion of high gas prices in Europe.
Regarding the actions of the German government on this issue, Baerbock announced an important step – not to be self-deceiving about Russia’s «cheap gas».
«First of all, we must put an end to the self-delusion that we ever got cheap gas from Russia. Maybe we paid not with big money, but with our security and independence. And Ukrainians paid for it with their lives. Such a dramatic bill came too late.» Baerbock said.
She also added that gas pipelines from Russia are no longer ordinary pipelines, but weapons in a hybrid war.
«If Putin does not make deliveries through Nord Stream-1, why should he make deliveries through Nord Stream-2...» added Baerbock.
