Luhansk Region
There are no changes in the Bakhmut direction. The enemy increased firepower from tanks, barrel and rocket artillery. They carried out 2 missile strikes and 1 air strike, 16 artillery and 3 mortar attacks. The offensive actions of the Russians were not successful. All attacks are repelled.
Donetsk Region
In the region, 4 civilians were killed and 2 wounded per day. Shelling from artillery, Hrad,anti-aircraft missiles, S-300 anti-aircraft missiles at the settlements of Krasnohorivka, Druzhkivka, Georgiivka, Korsunivka, Avdiivka, Karlivka, Tonenke, Stepanivka, Ivanivske, Mayske, Bakhmut.
At night, rocket strikes on Kramatorsk – damaged at least four high-rise buildings, Slovyansk (residential sector, warehouses), Kurakhovo (city center, damaged private cars), Chasiv Yar (industrial zone). The region remains without gas and partly without water and electricity. Evacuation of the population continues.
Kharkiv Region
As a result of shelling of the center of Kharkiv from Pion self-propelled guns yesterday afternoon, four people died, 12 were injured. At night, the Russians fired three rockets from the direction of Belgorod. Two – exploded on the territory of the Russian Federation, one rocket exploded over Kharkiv, hitting the ground near a higher education institution in the Kyiv region. Two victims.
In the region, late yesterday evening, the Novobavarian district of Kharkiv was shelled with anti-aircraft missiles. Damaged buildings.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The enemy shelled the Nikopol district. One person was injured in Nikopol. In the city, 12 high-rise buildings, several shops, a pharmacy, a secondary school, a cultural and sports complex, a local college, and a pharmaceutical company were damaged. There were no casualties or destruction in the Myrivsk community.
Mykolayiv Region
In Mykolayiv yesterday afternoon, the enemy shelled the city’s infrastructure facilities. It is known about one dead and two wounded.
In the Mykolayiv district, shelling of the territory of the village Nova Mykolayivka was recorded twice. Residential buildings and outbuildings were damaged. There are no casualties. In the Bashtan district, the surrounding territories of Berezneguvate, the villages of Vysunsk and Kavkaz were shelled during the past day. Information on the consequences of shelling is being clarified.
Yesterday during the day and this morning – shelling outside the village Chervona Dolyna. As a result of the shelling, there was a fire at the agricultural enterprise. There are no casualties. Also, on August 31, approximately at 06:00, there were shellings outside the village Shyroke. There are no casualties.
Kherson Region
Fighting continued throughout the day. Residents also heard automatic queues on the streets of Kherson, in one of the city’s microdistricts, the occupiers were checking private houses, looking for partisans.
The humanitarian situation in the Kherson region remains tense. Since the beginning of the war, 2,617 civilian objects have been damaged in the region, a large part of which are housing objects, medical and educational institutions. The situation in the villages bordering the regions is critical.

Kuleba offers a «special program» for Russian soldiers who no longer want to fight in Ukraine
Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba proposes to launch a special program for Russian soldiers who no longer want to fight in Ukraine.
The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is sure that this offer is worth it, because «even if one Russian soldier lays down his arms and decides to leave, it means saved Ukrainian lives and the approach of peace.»
He said this in an interview with Reuters.
«The message: save yourself and run away. Lay down your weapons, surrender to Ukrainian troops and get the opportunity to start a new life,» Kuleba said.
He also once again called on the European Union to ban the entry of Russian tourists, calling this measure expedient, since the majority of Russians supported their country’s «genocidal war of aggression.»
«The time for half-measures is over. Only a tough and consistent policy can bring results,» Kuleba emphasized.
According to him, the visa ban for Russian tourists and some other categories will be a «proportionate response to Russia’s genocidal war of aggression in the heart of Europe, which is supported by the vast majority of Russian citizens.»
