Luhansk Region
The enemy, suffering heavy losses, does not stop offensive actions in the Lyman and Bakhmut directions. Over the past day, units of the Defense Forces repelled the attacks of the occupiers in the districts of Stelmakhivka, Nevske, and Bilohorivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy shelled Stelmakhivka and Novoselivske. In the Lyman direction, the Russians opened fire in the direction of Makiivka, Chervonopopivka, and Dibrova. The situation in the region remains difficult.
Donetsk Region
Pokrovsk was shelled tonight (according to preliminary information, from the Smerch anti-aircraft missile system). Private houses were damaged. Information about the victims is being clarified.
During the day, Vuhledar was shelled by artillery. Apartment buildings and private houses were damaged. Active fighting near Bakhmut and Soledar. Constant shelling of Ukrainian positions and settlements along the entire front line.
Bombardment of Kramatorsk – two S-300 missiles in the center of the city. More than 20 apartment buildings, road surface, garages, cars were damaged. 6 people were injured. 1 dead, 8 wounded in the region per day.
Sumy Region
This morning, there was a mortar attack on the outskirts of the village of Vilna Sloboda, Esman community, Shostka district. Information about losses and destruction is being clarified.
Yesterday, during the day, the enemy shelled four territorial communities of the region: Esman, Shalyhyne, Seredyno-Budsk, and Bilopillia. 120 arrivals were recorded.
Kharkiv Region
This morning, the enemy shelled the town of Barvinkove, Izyum district. A private residential building was destroyed. The bodies of 2 deceased brothers, aged 49 and 42, were recovered from the rubble. Their 70-year-old father was injured and hospitalized.
During the past day, in the Slobozhansk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of Veterinarny, Kozachyi Lopan, Strilecha, Hlyboke, Zeleny, Staritsa, Ohirtseve, Hatysh, Vovchansk, Vovchanski Khutory, Okhrimivka, and Novomlynskyi.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of Dvorichna, Holubivka, Kupiansk, Kucherivka, Kislivka and Kotlyarivka settlements.
As a result of shelling, mainly private residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged, and fires broke out. A 67-year-old woman was injured in Kupiansk. Hospitalized.
One person was injured in Vovchansk yesterday evening and received help on the spot.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
Yesterday, the Russians again terrorized Nikopol. During the day, the occupying army shelled the area twice. Shot from barrel artillery. Enemy shells flew into the Marhanets community. There were no casualties.
At night Nikopol itself was shelled from barrel artillery. No victims or injured. The consequences of the impact are being investigated.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Gulyaipole, Chervone, Kamianske, Orikhiv, Novodanylivka, Bilohirya, Novoandriivka, Olhivske, Mala Tokmachka, Gulyaipilske, Charivne, Malynyvka, Luhivske, Shcherbaki, Plavni.
13 reports were received about the destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling. Details are being clarified.
Kherson Region
According to the information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Kherson, as well as Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, Havrylivka, Mylove, Burhunka, Novokairy, Chervonyi Mayak, Zmiivka, Beryslav, Mykolayivka, Tyahinka, Ponyativka, Inzhenerne, Antonivka, Novotyahinka, and Kizomys, were subjected to artillery fire. As a result of another shelling in Kherson, a 25-year-old man was killed by a shell fragment in a private house.
The Russian occupiers covered the village of Komishany with massive fire. Enemies hit a private house. Fragments of a Russian projectile fatally injured a 44-year-old woman – she died on the spot. It is also known about four wounded: two women, a man and a five-year-old boy were injured by fragments of enemy ammunition. The child is in a medium condition. All victims were hospitalized.
The occupiers also shelled the village of Mylove in the Beryslav district. Three people were injured, buildings were destroyed.
In addition, a kindergarten in Zolota Balka, Beryslav District, was targeted by enemy artillery. The building suffered serious damage due to an enemy attack. In total, 9 people were injured in the region during the day, and two were killed.

The army of the Russian Federation seeks to encircle Vuhledar in the Donetsk region from two sides. The occupiers are not trying to break through the defense of the Armed Forces.
Deputy Mayor Maksym Verbovskyi told about this in a comment to «Suspilne».
«On the 21st, the enemy’s counterattack began. For eight days, the city was under heavy fire from artillery, Hrads and helicopters. The city was destroyed. 100% of the buildings were damaged, the entire infrastructure of the city was also destroyed,» said Verbovskyi.
According to him, the Russians managed to advance to some neighboring villages near Vuhledar. However, the Ukrainian military pushed them back to their previous positions. The deputy mayor calls the situation «stabilized, but difficult.»
«Battles continue every day. Everything is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. They still have two kilometers to go to the city – that’s to get at least to the outskirts of the city,» Maksym Verbovskyi emphasized.
