"McDonald's" in Ukraine has been operating as a separate market within the company's international structure since July 2026. Prior to this, the Ukrainian business had been combined into one management structure with the Czech Republic and Slovakia for almost four years. This was reported by "Forbes".
The company notes that separating the Ukrainian market will help to respond faster to customer needs and implement further development plans.
Yuliia Badritdinova remains the General Manager of "McDonald's" in Ukraine. At the same time, the company has updated its management team. Kseniia Mykhailenko will lead marketing, Serhii Nevmerzhitskyi will head the "People" department, Oksana Demyanchuk will lead strategy and transformation, Nazar Bediy will lead corporate impact, and Ihor Klimov will lead information technology.

During the joint operation of Ukraine, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia, the three markets opened almost 80 new restaurants. Almost half of them are in Ukraine – since 2022, the chain has opened 40 new establishments.
Currently, the "McDonald's" chain in Ukraine has 142 restaurants, employing about 12,000 people. Since the beginning of the full-scale war, the chain in Ukraine has grown by almost 30%.
We remind you that in 2025, the company opened 12 new restaurants in Ukraine. According to YouControl, the revenue of LLC "McDonald's Ukraine Ltd" last year increased by 26.6% to UAH 21.3 billion. In the first quarter of 2026, revenue reached UAH 5.2 billion, which is 21.4% more than in the same period last year.
