The company "General Chereshnia" became the first among Ukrainian defense-tech companies to receive a license to create its own private air defense. This was reported by the company.

They noted that the new direction involves protecting private objects and critical infrastructure from enemy drone attacks.

The company said that they offer a comprehensive solution, which includes their own pilots, mobile groups, and drone countermeasures. The core of the private air defense consists of "General Chereshnia" AIR and Speed interceptors, and the anti-Shahed platform BULLET. The groups work with remote launch, control, and guidance systems.

In addition, the company has opened an academy where it will train pilots from other enterprises under an advanced program. "General Chereshnia" will also supply its own equipment to other private air defense units. According to the company, several Ukrainian enterprises are already undergoing relevant training.

"General Chereshnia" emphasized that private air defense does not operate independently, but is a component of the overall air defense system under the control of the Air Command of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The company also called on Ukrainian businesses to join the "Private Air Defense" initiative, promising to provide training, equipment, and necessary support to those interested.

It is worth reminding that Ukraine, together with the American defense company Raytheon, will produce interceptors for Patriot air defense systems.
