From now on, the leading European interventional cardiologist Krzysztof Pydyak will officially work at the Danylo Halytskyi Lviv National Medical University University Hospital. This was reported by the press service of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
It is noted that this is the first case in Ukraine where a foreign doctor has been employed under a simplified procedure within the framework of a government experimental project. This is being done to give Ukrainian students, interns, and young doctors the opportunity to master advanced world practices, undergo practical training with leading foreign specialists, and compare international experience directly in Lviv, without the need to travel abroad.
He adds that Krzysztof Pydyak has been actively helping Ukraine since 2017. He brought consumables, donated equipment, and exchanged experience with Ukrainian colleagues.
