Luhansk Region

In Kreminna, the number of cases of eviction of local residents from their own private houses by representatives of the local occupation authorities has sharply increased.
In Nyzhnya Duvanka in Svatove district, Russians move into both empty houses and those they like. Local collaborators coordinate the resettlement – they threaten to kill if people do not hand over the keys. The situation in the region remains difficult.
Donetsk Region
In the past day, two civilians were killed and four wounded in the region.
The enemy used artillery, Hrad rocket launchers, mortars, carried out an airstrike (the type of missile was not established) Kostiantynivka, Avdiivka, Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, the village of Kamianka, the village of Krasnohorivka, the village of Severne, the village of Tonenke, the village of Lastochkine, the settlement of Zhelanne, the village of Karlivka, the settlement of Velyka Novosilka were fired upon.
Nine residential buildings (including 3 high-rise buildings), a workshop of PJSC «AKHZ», a hospital, a building of PJSC «AKHZ», a garage, and an outbuilding were damaged.
Kyiv Region
During almost seven hours of air alert in Kyiv, the Russians released almost all types of their air weapons: from Shahed to almost all names of cruise missiles, Regional Military Administration reports. The anti-aircraft defense repelled almost everything, but the «Kinzhal» type missile, according to preliminary information, hit an infrastructure facility in the Holosiiv district.
Explosions also rang out in Sviatoshyn district. Three people were injured by the debris, two of them were hospitalized. Cars were burning in the yard of a residential building.
Zhytomyr Region
The occupiers attacked the Zhytomyr region with Shahed drones and hit a critical infrastructure facility. There is no water in the city, some houses have electricity, electric transport has been stopped. According to preliminary information, there are no victims.
Sumy Region
This morning, the enemy launched a rocket attack on Shostka (3 arrivals). There is a hit in one of the city’s enterprises. Residential buildings were also damaged. Previously – without victims. Overflights of enemy UAVs of the Shahed type were recorded at night.
Yesterday evening, artillery shelling was carried out on the territory of the Seredyno-Budsk community (four approaches). No losses.
Yesterday, during the day, the Russians shelled the territories of Bilopillia, Velyka Pysarivka, Shalyhyne and Yunakiv communities. 21 arrivals were recorded, one round from small automatic weapons.
Velyka Pysarivka community: shelling was carried out from small automatic weapons, as a result of which a private house was damaged.
Kharkiv Region
Last night and morning, the enemy carried out a massive rocket attack on Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region. About 15 arrivals of S-300 missiles have been previously recorded. Hits to critical infrastructure objects were recorded: there is destruction.
In the town of Pisochyn, Kharkiv district, a rocket hit the yard of a private household, several private residential buildings were damaged, and two women aged 71 and 74 were injured. They received minor injuries, one was hospitalized.
Also, a S-300 rocket damaged greenhouses in Slobozhanske village of Chuhuiv district.
All emergency services are working at the places of hits. Currently, the city and the region are without electricity. Work is ongoing to eliminate the consequences of shelling.
During the past day, the enemy shelled the border settlements of the region. In the Slobozhansk direction, the enemy shelled the areas of the settlements of Strelecha, Ternove, Vilcha, Kamianka, Dvorichna and Holubivka.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Hryanykivka direction. He carried out artillery fire on more than 15 settlements of Vilshan, Kupiansk, Kislivka, Pershotravneve, Pishchane and Cherneshchyna.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The night and morning were difficult. The enemy attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region with drones and missiles in the Dnipro, Pavlohrad, Kryvyi Rih and Nikopol districts. Previously, due to this mass attack, one person died, two were injured.
Energy infrastructure and industrial enterprises were damaged. Appropriate services are working on the ground. Fires are tamed and the consequences of attacks are eliminated.
The enemy also attacked in the Nikopol region – the Chervonohryhorivka community and the city of Nikopol. In total, he fired almost 40 shells.
A 34-year-old man died as a result of the shelling. A 28-year-old woman and a 19-year-old boy were injured. They were hospitalized. Enemy attacks caused several engagements in the area.
In total, our defenders from the air command «Skhid» shot down seven enemy missiles over Dnipropetrovsk region.
Yesterday, the Nikopol district suffered from enemy shelling from heavy artillery and «Hrad». The Russians directed them to Marganetska, Chervonohryhorivka communities and Nikopol. Six people were injured, two of them children.
All the victims are from Nikopol. This is an 11-year-old girl and a 10-year-old boy. And three more women and one man. They are from 40 to 74 years old. All are in a moderate condition.
Zaporizhzhia Region
That night, the enemy launched a missile attack on a critical infrastructure facility. Four rockets hit the object. According to preliminary information, there are no losses.
Over the past day, the occupiers shelled civilian infrastructure in the area of the settlements of Hulyaipole, Znachkovo, Zaliznychne, Preobrazhenka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Temyrivka, Charivne, Olhivske, Novoandriivka, Malynivka, Bilohirya, Shcherbaki, Poltavka, Hulyaipilske, Sviatopetrivka, Novoivanivka, Mali Shcherbaki, Kamianske, Stepove.
There is destruction of houses (apartments) of citizens and infrastructure objects as a result of shelling. Details are being clarified.
Lviv Region
In the Zolochiv district of the Lviv region, a Russian rocket fell in a residential area, Regional Military Administration reports.
As a result, there was a fire. 5 people dead. The rubble is being dismantled, there may still be people under it.
The fire destroyed three residential buildings, three cars, a garage and several outbuildings.
Ivano-Frankivsk
A hit to an energy infrastructure object was recorded in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. No casualties.
Ternopil Region
Fragments of a missile fell on the territory of the Pidhaytsi community of the Ternopil district. The explosion damaged 5 buildings, one of them residential. There are no victims or victims, Regional Military Administration reports.
Odesa Region
As a result of a nighttime enemy missile attack in the Odesa region, several power lines and support were damaged. Currently, there are hourly emergency power outages in Odesa and the region. Energy workers have already started repair work. Air defense units shot down six missiles and one unmanned aerial vehicle in the sky over Odesa region.
Kherson Region
Over the past day, the enemy launched 86 shellings, firing 434 shells from heavy artillery and «Hrad». The enemy shelled the city of Kherson seven times. 30 shells hit residential quarters, private and apartment buildings. As a result of shelling, 1 person died, three were injured.

Journalists claim that the Pentagon is afraid of setting a precedent that could pave the way for the persecution of Americans.
The Pentagon is blocking the transfer by the US President Joe Biden’s administration of evidence about the war crimes of the Russian occupiers in Ukraine to the Hague Court.
This is reported by The New York Times.
According to the publication, US military leaders oppose the court’s assistance in investigating Russian crimes because they fear setting a precedent that could help pave the way for the prosecution of Americans.
According to officials, special services, the State Department and the US Department of Justice are in favor of handing over the evidence to the court. It is noted that President Biden has not yet found a «way out of the impasse».
The NYT says it refers to an investigation that the chief prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Karim Khan, launched after the Russian invasion a year ago. These are materials about the Kremlin’s decision to deliberately strike civilian infrastructure and abduct thousands of Ukrainian children from the occupied territory.
Last December, the US Congress changed long-standing legal restrictions on US judicial assistance, allowing the country to assist in investigations and possible prosecutions related to the war in Ukraine. But there is an ongoing political debate within the Biden administration over whether to do so.
