UNITED24, the fundraising initiative of Ukraine’s President, told the story of 16-year-old Niv from Great Britain. After the full-scale invasion, she sends monthly donations for aid and has been studying the Ukrainian language for two years.
One day, UNITED24 received a touching letter from a girl from Great Britain with several pictures of her favorite football player Oleksandr Zinchenko, the Kyiv Road sign in London and a picture she drew herself.
«I have loved Ukraine for a long time. Your country has brought me so much joy and happiness over the years that being able to support it through UNITED24 is a huge privilege for me. And I will continue to do so for as long as possible,» – she wrote and admitted that she dreams of visiting Kyiv after Ukraine’s victory.
