«We feel here like we are in Central Europe, where the investments are done very quickly and without any delays. This is what distinguishes Lviv from many cities in Ukraine».

Viking Park, in which the new business centre was opened – is a multifunctional working and residential micro quarter in the city, with apartments as well as offices. Currently, most of the planned spaces have been completed; remaining construction works are expected to be finished till the end of 2021.

In Lviv, Viking Park «A class» business and residential centre located on the corner of Zelena-Pymonenka streets was ceremoniously opened. Within this event, a panel discussion «Investment and the development of Lviv» was also held, with participation of the founder of investment company Dragon Capital Tomash Fiala, Lviv’s City mayor Andrii Sadovyi, and the founder of company «Renovation,» Oleh Lavryk.

«This street has received an impetus. It received Viking, which, in my opinion, set a tone for a definite standard», – said Andrii Sadovyi at the opening of the new business centre Viking.

CEO and the founder of Dragon Capital Tomash Fiala, and the founder of company «Renovation» Oleh Lavryk took part in the discussion too.

«We invest a lot in Lviv. For us, it’s second place after Kyiv, in terms of investment. Here, bureaucracy is minimal, permissions for work can be received quickly, so that we feel here like we are in Central Europe, where the investments are done very quickly and without any delays. This is what distinguishes Lviv from many cities in Ukraine», – told Tomash Fiala.

Viking Park, in which the new business centre was opened – is a multifunctional working and residential micro quarter in the city, where the sections with apartments as well as offices are being built.

«We’ve been working with the project idea of this complex for a long time. In 2017, we began our first pre-project proposals with our partners. At that time, we had several criteria that we set for ourselves and follow them now», – told Oleh Lavryk.

These criteria, according to his words, are comfort for people who will work here, as well as for the residents living in this place, environmental friendliness and the desire to bring a new attitude to architecture in Lviv.

«It was important for us, that people who will spend most of their lives here could feel convenient and cozy. We gathered the best proposals, materials and ideas that are new in Europe now», – told Oleh Lavryk.

As a result, the concept of Scandinavian style, and the symbol of the whole complex, of development of the infrastructure emerged.

The VIKING business center itself consists of two sections of 9 and 12 floors with a total area of 18,770 sq.m. It passes «green» certification in accordance with international BREEAM standards. The modern office space of the business center is thought out to the last detail, starting from engineering systems, planning decisions and ending with the interiors of the lobby and public areas, the company says.

«It is expected that the first tenants of the business center were IT companies. Compliance with international requirements, open space format, panoramic glazing, intelligent elevator control system with direct access to parking, large multimedia screen, round-the-clock security of the complex, developed external and internal infrastructure, etc. – become a decisive factor in choosing office space», – the company said..

Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi, while inspecting the complex, noted that there are recreation areas, a territory for a kindergarten and a children’s recreation area, as well as a parking lot. In addition, bicycle infrastructure will be created here after the reconstruction of Zelena street.

«There is a Catholic university nearby and a lot of interesting objects. This area is getting a new impetus, thanks to Viking», – the mayor concluded.

In addition, the residential part of the Viking Park complex combines several sections, in which 400 apartments, including large terraces and patios, public and commercial premises on the ground floors, underground parking and a children’s club. The first parts of the complex have already been built, now new queues have been opened, in particular, in June the construction of a section with apartments from 35 sq.m. The entire residential complex is planned to be commissioned at the end of 2022.
