A number of enterprises are planned to be launched in the Lviv region. The construction of four plants in the region is underway, and some of them will start operating this year. Lviv Now found out at what stage they will be able to function and how many jobs to create.
Asphalt and concrete plant in Dobrotvir community
In September this year, the Dobrotvir community of Chervonohrad district plans to open an asphalt concrete plant built by the Ukrainian manufacturer Kredmash (Kremenchuk Road Machinery Plant). About UAH 100 million of investments were attracted for its operation.
The capacity of the enterprise is 120 tons of asphalt per hour due to the installed European-level asphalt and concrete equipment, which does not emit harmful smoke and practically does not pollute the environment. So far, 25 employees have been provided with jobs. At full production capacity for more efficient operation of the plant will create more than 100 new jobs.

Salt plant in Modrychi
A new plant is planned to be built in the village of Modrychi on the territory of the Truskavets community. According to the decision of the Truskavets City Council, the manufacturer of «Ukrinvestsystem» LLC will produce salt of the brand «Extra». The capacity of the enterprise per year will be 100 thousand tons of salt.
Currently, a public hearing on the allocation of land for construction has taken place in Modrychi. The next step is a consideration at the session of the Truskavets City Council.
According to YouControl monitoring database, Ukrinvestsystem Limited Liability Company is located in Kyiv. Its main activity is salt extraction. The ultimate beneficial owner of the company is Danilo Psarev, the founder of the Cypriot company «Enkimo LTD».
German plant for the production of dry building mixtures in Pisky
The German company KREISEL, engaged in the production of dry construction mixtures and decorative coatings, will build its second enterprise in Ukraine. It will be opened in the village of Pisky, Shchyrets community. Construction is currently underway, the foundation has already been filled in and metal structures are being installed. The plant is scheduled to be launched in the second quarter of 2023.
To implement this project in 2018, the company acquired an integral property complex. The Ukrainian company «Aviokon Proekt» is engaged in the construction and installation of metal structures. Austrian companies will also provide their services: Christof Industries – engineering solutions, and DELTA – design, technical and author’s supervision. The amount of investment in this project will be 10 million euros. The new plant will be able to produce 170,000 tons of products per year.

KREISEL has been supplying its products to the Ukrainian market since 2004, and in 2008 opened a production facility in Fastiv, Kyiv Region, with a capacity of 130,000 tons of products per year. The company sells its products not only in every corner of Ukraine, but also supplies them to the markets of Moldova and Georgia.
We would like to add that, according to Youcontrol, the company «Aviokon Proekt» was registered in 1996 at the address: Lviv, st. Sichynskoho, 7. The head of the organization is Alexander Palchykov. The ultimate beneficial owners, in addition to him, are Yurii Burak and Oleh Chankov. The main activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.
Flax processing plant in Yasne Boloto
«Flax Energy» LLC plans to build a flax processing plant near the village of Verblyany, Zolochiv district. The enterprise itself should be located in the Yasne Boloto tract near the former military unit. Currently, the plant is at the stage of approval of construction and design. The territory on which the land plot is allocated is located not within the protection zones, far from settlements, with high surface waters.
The Busk territorial community, which includes the village of Verblyany, stated that the main activity of the plant is the acceptance of raw flax, its technological processing and sending it to customers who will produce ecological, linen fabrics from raw materials. The new plant provides for the creation of 80-90 jobs.
Note that Flex Energy LLC, according to YouControl, specializes in electricity generation. The founder and ultimate beneficiary of the company is Andrii Chernetskyi.
