The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine abolished quarantine zones and the norm regarding the removal of unvaccinated citizens from work for the period of martial law. The relevant resolution №372 of March 26, 2022 was published on the Government Portal.
«Depending on the epidemic situation in Ukraine as a whole or in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regions: Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kirovohrad, Kyiv, Luhansk, Lviv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Poltava, Sumy, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol «green», «yellow», «orange» or «red» levels of epidemic threat of Covid-19 distribution are established, except for the period martial law, imposed by the Decree of the President of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 № 64 «On the imposition of martial law in Ukraine».
Individuals and business entities were recommended to adhere to anti-epidemic measures aimed at preventing the spread of Covid-19, and ensure that health facilities are prepared to respond to Covid-19 outbreaks under the conditions of martial law.
At the same time, for the period of martial law, the norm of the decision to remove unvaccinated employees from work was abolished.
We will remind that on November 8 last year, unvaccinated workers in Ukraine started to be dismissed from work, namely educators and officials. The list of occupations for which Covid-19 vaccination became mandatory was later expanded.
