The state, position and nature of the actions of the defense forces are without significant changes. The Armed Forces of Ukraine inflicted devastating blows on the rear infrastructure (field bases and warehouses) in order to disrupt the enemy’s logistical support system in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This is stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces as of the morning of March 14.
During the previous day, the group of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Army hit four planes, three helicopters and an unmanned aerial vehicle (information on the type is being clarified). The invading troops did not have significant success in conducting an offensive operation in all areas of advance. Their main efforts were focused on consolidating and retaining the previously occupied frontiers.

The General Staff reports of the repeated cases of the enemy’s use of civilian infrastructure, including religious facilities, to equip firing positions, deploy weapons and military equipment. The moral and psychological state of the enemy remains low, which leads to the refusal of servicemen of the Armed Forces of RF to carry out the orders of the command.
«According to available information, a military camp of the Belgorod Military Commandant’s Office is located in the city of Belgorod on the territory of the Russian Federation. The camp holds Russian servicemen who have been discharged from hospitals after treatment and are waiting to be sent to units. Also, in the specified camp, there are servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation who refuse to take part in hostilities, actions of pre-judicial inquiry are carried out with them», – the message of the General Staff reads.
As for the readiness of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus to wage war with Ukraine, according to one of the high-ranking officials of the special operations forces of Belarus, special forces of this army will not take part in the war with Ukraine.
We will recall that earlier, intelligence of the Ministry of Defense reported that on the Belarusian-Ukrainian border there are about 300 tanks. Russia was preparing a deliberate provocation to introduce Belarusian troops under this pretext. The Pentagon later said it saw no sign of preparing the Belarusian military for the invasion of Ukraine. However, the Ministry of Defence does not rule out the possibility of its involvement in the hostilities.
